My husband and I have lived here for 2.5 years and love it. We moved here for my husband's PhD program at FSU and I stay home with my small kids. We specifically wanted to live somewhere where I feel safe with my kids while my husband is gone so much. I feel 100% safe here and I completely trust the office staff. If there were ever a problem, and my husband was gone, I would absolutely feel confident reaching out to the office staff and maintenance crew for help. The maintenance is amazing and they are super on top of getting things fixed, even if it isn't an emergency but more just an inconvenience. The location is perfect for us and we love that there is a bus stop right here that takes my husband straight to campus so I can keep the car during the day. They even do a great job of keeping the landscape up so that the outdoor atmosphere is welcoming. Love it here and we don't want to live anywhere else.

I found Londontown Apartments while searching for an apartment for our family of four while on a campus visit to Florida State University. After visiting numerous apartment complexes, Londontown was exactly what we needed moving from the West Coast of the United States. As a PhD student, Londontown has been the perfect apartment complex for me and my family. In addition to affordable prices, the location is perfect and the amenities have provided our family with the simple pleasures of living in Florida on a tight student budget. A bus stop is located at two points at the complex, allowing me to use the public transportation to get to campus quickly and effectively. The staff is helpful with information and we have never had to worry about any problems with our apartment as they have been fixed quickly and precisely. It is a blessing to be able to live in a place where our family feels safe and offers the peace of mind a graduate student can use.

I love living at Londontown. Me and my family have been here for a long time and don't plan on leaving anytime soon! The pricing is fair and they are constantly working on improving the community. Recently they had the parking lot redone in front of my building which was a nice upgrade. The office staff is always courteous and seems to really care about the residents. We have never had any problems with the staff or any of the other tenants. I feel safe at night walking to check the mail even if my husband is not home. The community as a whole is very quiet especially at night time.The few times we have called the office for maintenance Vernon or Jerry took care of our issues right away. The apartment itself is big for the price, and we had no problems with our appliances. Living between Monroe St. and Midtown is very convenient. Lots of restaurants in both directions, close to the interstate, and close downtown. We have laundry machines in our apartment so I cannot speak for the on-site laundry facilities but judging by the rest of the property I am sure they are in good shape.

Great place to live in Tallahassee, would recommend it to a friend. I have lived at Londontown since January 2016 and have no complaints. I live in a 2 bed/1.5 bath unit (The Highbury). The location is excellent, very close to anything you could need and also the drive to FSU is quick. I feel very safe here, there are several police officers that live on property and park their cars here. These are two of the main reasons I chose Londontown to begin with and I have not been disappointed. Parking at Londontown is also a plus, there are plenty of spots for the residents and visitors. The staff is friendly and most of them have been here since I moved in. Anytime I have had to contact maintenance they always respond quickly and are very helpful. No bugs or noise issues in the almost 2 years I have been here. They deliver a monthly newsletter and calendar (sometimes accompanied by some candy) to your door which is nice and provide free coffee and snacks everyday in the office.

I lived in this apartment complex for 4 years, in 3 different apartments. The staff are all friendly and professional. I've had issues with appliances and the bathroom after hours and it is never a problem to get someone out to deal with it. All activity is transparent and speedy. While I lived in Tallahassee I was able to walk to mid town bars, Lake Ella, and the mall with the AMC movie theater. I would highly recommend this location to anyone interested in apartment living.

You guys. This place is fantastic. Honestly. The folks that staff this place became genuine friends. Front desk is super quick with questions or needs--everything from receiving packages to helping me find a trustworthy shop to fix my car! The maintenance guys are so professional and friendly. And not only are they incredibly prompt (especially when they have so many units to maintain!), they repair or replace with quality parts. In four years I had a new closet door installed that they upgraded the systems in both bedrooms to new, wonderful sliding rails and a conked out dishwasher replaced with a sparkly new efficient guy. The people at Londontown take such good care of their tenants. Plus the pools and grounds are kept in immaculate shape and all my neighbors (of which I ended up knowing many) were quiet and friendly. Man, I miss everyone at Londontown. What an excellent place to choose to start my life in Tally. If I were still in that city, you'd best believe I'd rent there again. Can't beat the location. The rent is entirely fair. The staff is second to none.

This is an excellent apartment complex. I have lived here 3 + years and never had a problem. The management and staff are friendly, professional and prompt to resolving any issues. Londontown is centrally located and maintained very well. I would definitely recommend living here.

I lived at Londontown for a little over 4 years and highly recommend it. The location is great - in the middle of town. The atmosphere is low-key, professionals and families. Pet-friendly and easy to walk dogs. The property is well-maintained and maintenance issues are quickly addressed. Staff are professional and respond quickly to requests with good communication.

I have so many great things to say about Londontown! I have loved every moment of living here. The office staff are so helpful and professional. They're very responsive. E-mails, phone calls, the office even has text messaging (and people actually respond to it!). Not only do they respond to e-mails and the like, but they actually remember who you are. Considering the size of the complex, that's no small feat in my opinion. Maintenance is a breeze. Just put the request in online, and someone shows up and magically fixes whatever the problem is. The maintenance staff are very courteous and helpful. I never have any problem getting things fixed when I put in a request. Also, this is the quietest apartment I have ever lived in. Residents are quiet here, but the buildings also seem to be constructed in a way that diminishes noise between units. I never hear my neighbors' TV or music. If you get a unit by the street, there can be some traffic noise, but most of the units are away from the road if that kind of thing would really bother you. I've been very happy here. If I weren't moving out of state, I wouldn't leave at all! This is place fantastic, and you will never regret making it your home.

I been here for 3 months and am really happy. I love the age diversity and the senior discount. Requesting maintenance is so easy and someone is there within a day or two. Office and maintenance staff are all so kind. The apartments are older so you need to adjust. The grounds are well kept and there are plenty of places to walk around. There is a wonderful tennis coach here who gives great lessons. Great midtown location.

By far the best rental property I have in! The staff was always friendly and helpful. I had an unconventional move from out of state and they were very accommodating regarding all things for this move. The area is nice and I always felt safe. The maintenance staff was always prompt and very friendly. If I was not moving out of state, I would certainly not have left this complex. I would highly recommend!

I lived at Londontown for a year and 4 months and had an excellent experience. This community is safe, clean, and quiet. The staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. The pool was always clean and pretty. The neighbors were kind as well and the complex is very close and convenient to anything in the midtown area of Tallahassee. I would recommend this complex to anyone moving there.

I have lived here for 1/2 year so far and plan to renew my lease. You get a good square footage for the cost, the neighborhood is nice, and the grounds are well-kept. My only complaint so far would be regarding the set of people who live here: they don't seem very friendly, keep to themselves, and report small issues to office (like playing normal volume music in the middle of the day).
