I lived here for a year with my roommate and the only reason we are leaving is because we got jobs in a different part of Tallahassee, but we're actually moving to another Arbor Property! The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and the maintenance team is always on point! When we first moved in, the apartment was super clean and the carpet looked brand-new. I highly recommend living here; I loved it!

Addresses all needs head on and with class. will give a more accurate post as times go on. *** Update, I have been living here for a few months now and can honestly say this is one of the best places I have ever lived in Tallahassee. I love my apartment and my neighbors, all around great staff***

So far so good. The neighborhood is shady but welcome to Tallahassee... everything is shady here. Pet friendly policies. Maintenance has been the best I have ever seen at a apartment complex. The office has had hit and misses at times but they have always been friendly. Some neighbors are cool and some suck. But that's people in general... I would recommend to a friend.

It's a safe complex and is very kid and pet friendly. Great staff and superior maintenance -- things are often fixed the same day...

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The insulation is horrible. (There is a draft through the outlets on an exterior wall. Outlets with no insulation.) There is a window with a leak we asked them to replace in November. They came in and measured, but it's March now. Our front door is not framed properly - you have to pull it while turning the key to lock it, and even with WD40 the keys stick in the lock. If you share a bedroom wall with the stairs, people of average weight going up and down the stairs shake the whole wall. Although it feels safe, there are bullet holes in one of the stop signs. There are children that play in the street unsupervised. I have come home to find them laying in the street and riding their scooters in front of my car. Today a child kicked a soccer ball at my car. They leave scooters and toys strewn around the complex when they are no longer outside, often overnight. They are rarely supervised by adults, and when they are, the adults are just as likely to be in the middle of the road. A significant number of pets (cats and dogs) are intentionally brought outside by their owners, off leash. And not in the fenced pet-park. My dog has been attacked by other dogs off leash. I must be the only one who picks up after my dog because there is feces all over the complex. There are also stray cats that live near the dumpster and in the crawl space. One of them tried to attack me and my dog when we came out the front door (we are the ground floor on a hill, so an entrance to the crawlspace is under the stairs outside our door). I am moving to Boston after our lease, but my boyfriend/roommate is going to be living in another complex because the place is abysmal. Update: Apparently it is safer to have no stop sign at all than a stop sign with bullet holes. Who knew. Update 2: Apparently the only advice they have for dealing with dogs off leash is to "take pictures" with my phone. I feel so much safer now. Update 3: It is almost May and still no updates on the window they measured for in November.

I love this complex! The costomer service representitives in the front office are responsive to the tenants not to mention they are VERY friendly....

I love this complex! The costomer service representitives in the front office are responsive to the tenants not to mention they are VERY friendly. They really seem to appreciate that the tenants live there and once a week I find a little note on my door with either free car washes, oreo cookies, and lots of other goodies! The complex it quiet with a few college students, however they are respectful. The pool is clean and there are usually people sun bathing. All my neighbors are very nice that I have met. All in all, I have never lived in a nicer complex.
