I have looked at this property a couple times and although I have never rented, I must remark on how clean and quiet the building is. I have a friend who lives here and she loves it. Wish my current complex was maintained as well as this one.

We had a very positive experience during our year at Woodstone. While the apartments dont have the most modern updates, it is clear that the property is very well cared for and everything is in great working order. The management team is very professional, and maintenance is very quick to respond and resolve issues. Thank you to Diana and Andrew, Noelle and Mike for making us feel at home during our residency.

This was the best place I've lived in, management is professional and cater to all your maintenance needs in a timely manner. I loved the cleanliness of the pool, workout room, grounds and inside the buildings and garage. Had to move when my roommate left and to be closer to my job.

Took a tour and applied. I was told it would take about 3 days to do the background check. Problem #1: In addition to the $45 application fee, they expect you to put down the $300 plus a 8% fee for the bank. This was not mentioned until after the tour. Costed me over $350 just to apply. #2. I specifically asked if the money would go back on my card the same week if denied and was told it should only take 2-3 days to return, but the manager called the next business day to say it would take two weeks and they will mail me a check?????...so the receptionist lied. #3 The money was withdrawn 9am Monday and I got a call around noon saying I was denied because of my background. Im a federal employee with nothing more than a traffic ticket. Needless to say, they did not run a background check at all and pocketed the money. Decent amenities, but the apartment is old.

I lived at this apartment complex for the past year. Everything has been well kept and maintained within the apartment building. I would suggest living on the 3rd floor if you can afford because the vaulted ceilings are amazing! Diana at the front desk is very helpful when you need information or repairs on your apartment. However, units are on the on the higher price rages but location is great for access to the southern part of the twin cities.

Would not give this place any stars. It is old and expensive. Not only that, I signed a 1 year lease, on my 8th month, I had informed them that I will be relocating to Nevada and had to break the lease. No conscience whatsoever, told me they would take me to court if I don't pay until the end of my lease. Reason being I signed a lease and "I had no replacement ." If this is a highly "sought" area, that would not be a problem but the manager is greedy and lazy to do all the legwork/paperwork in getting it rented.i had to pay 2 leases (one for Nevada, one for this place) for 5 months because I was threatened of being "taken to court". I have a family of 4 to support on my income alone. No heart, no conscience reflects this place not to mention weird people living here, molds growing everywhere in the bathroom and we were constantly sick there. All respiratory related illness and stomach flu's constantly even when you bleach clean the apartment. I am a nurse if that helps, I know how to disinfect. Find a different more brand new apartment, there are alot around, I was stupid to sign a lease on this place. I didn't have this issue with Texas or Wisconsin.
