I'm a disabled veteran who upon moving in filled out a list of maintenance request which had to be turned 3 days after moving in. I've here 6 months now and Im still being told that screens for your window has to be ordered or after requesting repairs several times, management says, Oh no, this is your first time requesting maintenance. I've been to the office several times requesting maintenance for the same things, and management Ms. S______ tells me if I'm not satisfied here, I can move out, but it's $900 to move out. So it sounds to me that she would prefer I move out than to take care of the maintenance here. No professionalism at all. And she raised her voice at me and told me notbto yell back at her. This use to be a place where if you had an eviction, they'd give you a second chance, but since some Jewish people bought it, they have more vacancies than tenants. 1 maintenance man and 1 grounds keeper they use as a maintenance man. Management office is never open when they should be and talk real crazy to us tenants, trying to provoke us to bust they head till the white meat show. STAY AWAY FROM PINNACLE RIDGE ON LOOKAWAY!!!!!! THE MANAGEMENT IS MAKING THIS PLACE SUCK BIG TIME!!!!!!
