The best thing about this place is the location. Plenty of stores nearby (target, Safeway, town and country market), plenty of restaurants, gym and other places that you might need occasionally (mail/USPS, cvs/rite aid, vehicle licensing) and all within 5-10 mins on foot. Market St is a fun place on weekends with the farmers market. The apartments are nice and I didn't feel like it lacked anything during the ~3 years I was here. My apartment did not have air conditioning (just heaters) but i never needed it during the summer. A Dyson fan was sufficient to keep me cool for the one week of hot weather we get here in summer. Packages get sorted and labeled by the staff so it's very easy to find and pick up your stuff in the package room. Some of the tenants who have moved in recently seem a bit inconsiderate of other tenants. They stuff large boxes down the trash chute and clog it for everyone else or just dump the trash next to the chute. And they don't seem to care about keeping the common areas clean either. Just because the apartment has cleaning staff doesn't mean you can just expect them to clean up after your mess. It wasn't like this before the pandemic. So the only critical thing i can say about this place is that potential tenants need to be vetted better.
