I enjoyed my time here. Everyone was super nice and helpful, especially Mark Corpuz. He has always been there for me and answering any questions I may have. He is very kind and helped my move out process go super smoothly. He went over and beyond. My experience living here was pretty great. You wont go wrong staying here.

We stayed here one month (corporate housing) the location is great, many restaurants and shops nearby. Never heard noise, very quiet. We once requested maintenance for the heather, they fixed it the next day! Pet friendly and never lost a package. We had a problem on the garage (apparently our rented car wasnt registered) and management was very nice solving it asap. We rented elsewhere but were thinking in coming back next year, we miss AVA so much.

Overall happy with the stay. The team is helpful and quick to respond. Functional gym, parking, amazing location- one of the safer places to be in capitol hill. Two issues- 1. Recently every parcel not collected in an hour or so has been stolen. I sent an email but no proper response. There are cameras, not sure how all my packages have been stolen in last 2 months. 2. Rent disparity from people who took the place a year ago to now is crazy.. like $500 difference for exact unit almost feels unethical. The only reason to leave the apartment would be high pricing.
