I lived in this apt complex for 5 years and I loved it, I never had any problems with my apartment, the apartment itself...
I lived in this apt complex for 5 years and I loved it, I never had any problems with my apartment, the apartment itself is quiet and you cant hear neighbors the maintenance team does a great job responding to requests, the leasing staff is very helpful when you have questions. The only complaint I have is that the appliances are outdated and the rent is extremely high, I get that its downtown Bellevue but there are other apartment complexes right down the street that charge less.

Happy to give my 5 star review. We just relocated here after 10 glorious months in downtown Seattle. Bellevue is a very nice welcome change, much more family friendly. The staff at Avalon Towers has been fantastic! The leasing agents Cathy Mendiola and Ken McClure have been great to deal with. The service I received was exceptional, and everything I needed was handled in a timely manner. I had a few items I wanted replaced when we first moved in. The speed and efficacy at which these request where handled was amazing. Attila the maintenance supervisor was equally fantastic, you can tell there is pride, and care that goes in to his work. So far we are very happy with our move.

I have lived her for over 2 years and just love the staff and the way they take care of us. I recently decided to move from one unit to another and Attila and his maintenance team ware amazing. They were prompt, thorough and were able to get the apartment ready a little sooner than expected. This really made my exp even that much more pleasant. Ken was on top of all the leasing processes and put up with me in my indecisiveness with which parking spaces, or storage units I wanted and then changing my mind. So patience and professional. Thanks Ken.
While living here I have used the community center for company parties (pre-COVID) which is beautiful with mind-blowing views, the gym which has everything a 24-hour Fitness has, and the concierge staff go above and beyond in providing excellent personalized service. They will deliver packages, help get my guest keys when I am not home, take returns for UPS, etc. And when my mom died, Roz even went to the store and got me flowers. So sweet! (Cathy and Steve, you rock too!) And anytime I have submitted a work-order request, it has been completed same day or the very next day if I put it in after hours. Attila and his team run a tight ship here and I really appropriate it.
I was going to leave in July 2020 and buy a home. But the way I am treated here, along with the quality of the apartments and the amazing service from the staff, led me to instead, upgrade to another apt and stay a few more years. With COVID and uncertain times, it is nice to be in a place I feel safe, secure and surrounded by a team of professionals (Maintenance, Concierges, and Leasing office staff) that feel a bit more like extended friends and family. So thank you Avalon Towers Team! You rock!

Cathy made our leasing and move-in experience very easy and comfortable. She went out of her way to ensure that everything is in place before we moved.
Slava did an outstanding job when we asked for maintenance. Not only did he care about our health (face mask) and the cleanliness of our apartment (shoe cover), but he also did a very thorough job fixing our fridge.
Everyone else weve interacted with was similarly helpful and pleasant.
