The people are tops in this community. The maintenance team is above and beyond. Maybe the best Ive ever seen.
For example, today I put in a request. Daniel was here within half an hour and resolved the problem within 10 minutes. He did an outstanding job and was very pleasant.
The office team is also great. They communicate well and are accessible whenever we need them.
Our neighbors are very nice. We really enjoy the people that live near us. They are all very respectful and considerate.
Having said that, our apartment is maybe the worst Ive ever seen. The floor is concave so that the middle is lower than the sides. Our tv stand is leaning towards the middle. Thats how drastic the curve is. No one cared to help us with that. Instead of being happy that they rented this substandard unit, they raised our rent, the maximum allowable amount, when we asked to extend for 6 months.
On top of this - parking and trash collection is not what youd want.
The recycling bins have been emptied exactly 1 time this monthand the month is almost over. We dont get a break on our trash pick up fees - those fees stay the same regardless of how often trash is picked up. But we do have the benefit of garbage laying all over the place and flies everywhere. Its disgusting.
Parking is very challenging. There arent a lot of spots and when someone gets a spot on the street, they dont move very often because they know the spot wont be there when they return.

On top of the quick and professional service, Daniel offered some good upkeep advice to keep the A/C and cooling working efficiently. He's been a great addition to our community and maintenance team. Wonderful apartment to live in, I have been here 3 years the Maintenance team is amazing the leasing office team is wonderful, everyone is nice and caring and I have resigned my lease to live another year here.
The Service Dept at eaves Mission Ridge is Incredible. The best service I have ever had. They are so fast. Lalo was terrific.
