My friend lives here so I come over quiet often. I love the way her house looks. More irtly she tells me about her interactions with the apt manager. That's actually a big thing for me. I always have found myself in places where the apt manager was only nice just to get you in and then forgot all the things you asked. Honestly I'm even thinking about moving out here just because I know that the manager works to keep the place quiet and maintain the community. It's quiet. I have no problem finding parking. Seriously I hate writing reviews but I have to give this place it's props. You just got a new resident when I leave my next place .Because I love this place!!

I had a hard time looking for a place I met Mrs Tara and she made it to where we could move in and even after a couple weeks things are wonderful here Im so, glad we had the opportunity to meet a great friend.
I even enjoy the maintenance he comes right away to fix issues I appreciate that as well.
I want to say thank you and I will recommend this place to everyone and I have been already.

My husband and I have been here 11 years. Thru 2 owners and 6 managers. While there have been problems ( as at any complex) I have always felt safe here. I see other reviews talking about gang violence and crime, but, I have not seen it. I am a basic insomniac and walk all hours. Gary works hard to maintain the gates and fences to keep criminals from cutting thru. I am not sure what Mr. Gutierrez refers to as "quality of life", but I enjoy living here. Maybe he needs to participate in the "Tenant Appreciation" nights. Or the "Breakfast at the Gate".
Quality of life here is non existent
It needs updated for what they asking for in rent..

At first, it seemed like a nice place to live for a decent price but please do NOT be deceived like I was. There is gang-related activity everywhere within the complex that they insisted was safe. My dad's truck got spray painted one night and my wife was scared to death to even bring in groceries from the garage. That enough is plenty of reason to never want to reside here, but it gets worse. The apartments themselves are as poorly made as I have ever seen. The walls are so paper-thin we could literally hear my neighbors having a normal conversation as clear as day. The toilets didn't work, the shower was distrusting and the management could careless about anything except making sure you pay rent on time. I was watching a movie one night when my dad was visiting and management was banging on my door at 9:45pm asking if I was paying rent...and that saddest part about it, I was just glad it wasn't the gang members harassing my wife again. In summary, this place is an absolute atrocious place to call home...and for the safety of you and your family, please don't make the same mistake I did.

I read a lot of bad reviews about the management- not very good. Fortunately, I've never had a problem with them. I love how quiet it is out here, and that there isn't a code pad, which means everyone cannot get in. Our maintenance guy is wonderful. Every problem we've had here (which were only 3 times) was fixed within 48 hours. The only thing I don't like about this place, is that large families will cram EVERYONE into one of the townhomes, and hang out in the road. It's just annoying when you're trying to park, and there's bikes and other items just laying around. Other than that, I love it here!

I couldn't figure out that I had tripped a breaker at 2 am in the morning and they came out and fixed my heater within 30 minutes and all it was was the breaker switch! I felt like such a fool but they were so nice to me anyway
