Awful customer service. I was looking to relocate to SLC and considered this complex until my sister left about a half dozen unreturned messages with no answer. I have tried to contact them numerous times to get information and availability and it has been less than stellar. I spoke to one person on one occasion (the only person to ever return the message) but she never returned my call after saying she would call back with pricing and mentioned she was filling in for someone else. If this is indicative of what's to come, I'll pass. I can only imagine how they'll respond to a hypothetical minor repair. Avoid.

My apartment is clean and well maintained as it has new appliances, new modern-looking cabinets, fresh paint, a well-maintained landscape, and clean carpet. Plus, it is pet-friendly! The neighborhood is up and coming- there is a new library right around the corner, however, there isn't a selection of restaurants nearby.

I've lived here for two years and the new manager, Heather, is by far the best that we've had here. I told the previous managers about my apartment smelling like gas 4 or 5 times and each time, they would come into my apartment, take a look, and tell me that it was just the smell from the appliances. Heather sent someone over immediately with equipment, and they found dangerously high levels of carbon monoxide and three different gas leaks. She had the gas company fix everything right away and was incredibly helpful and understanding with the whole situation. Any issues that I have brought up with her have been resolved right away. I can't recommend her enough!

I have lived here for a year now. I can say that the majority of the bad reviews on here were written by the same person/people. The writing styles are the same and it's the same unsubstantiated issue(s) repeated. I have never had one roach in my place. I have had no problem with screaming children running in front of my car. The new manager, Heather, is the best. She is kind and approachable, willing and eager to help solve any problems. The previous manager left her with quite a mess to untangle, Heather handles business promptly and efficiently. She wants the tenants to be happy. The maintenance man, Stan, is always willing to help with whatever you need. The closet and storage space is amazing! I love living so close to downtown and freeway access is two blocks away. The pet owners are responsible, and I have never experienced such a warm, inviting, and accepting group of neighbors. They are my friends. I love it here!

I have lived here for about 8 months and we have had very hard times with getting help with some maintenance issues . Also because of some of the maintenance issues we have seen many roaches on our front porch area . We are planning on moving out soon because our lease will be ending soon and the person in charge of the complex was already showing our apartment as we are still living in it and asked us to "clean up for her " so that she could show other future tenants . I was very mad I refused to do so I mean hello we are PACKING our apartment is a mess because of our transition with packing and living out of boxes. I would not reccomend this place to ANYONE the management here is not professional or Ethical at all !!! Do not LIVE here rent is also too high for anyone ! The complex management did try to solve problems with me . Which was nice.

I hate to even give them 1 star. My wife and I lived here for 6 months before moving on, I waited to write this review until we got our deposit back. We got no deposit back, and on top of that we have to pay an extra 40 dollars. When we moved in, the paint was terrible and was dripped everywhere. Nails had not been pulled out of the walls but were painted over instead, very dangerous. The linoleum floor in the kitchen and the bathroom were bubbling up. The shower had mold growing in the paint and we scrubbed it out. Under the radiant heating there were dead bugs dust and cobwebs, that had not been cleaned. Behind the tiny oven there was yellow rotting grease splattered all over the wall, it was even worse behind the refrigerator. Cupboards were dirty, one had rotten gunk in it, closet door wouldn't close. It was a very disgusting place to move into, I understand they can't please everyone, but it was terrible. From day 1 we understood what we had gotten ourselves into, but it was to late we had already signed a contract. Our sink tap broke with our hot water on full blast in July at 4 pm. The office shut down early that day. We called the maintenance number ( and every other number we could find). The maintenance guy Stan answered the phone on the first call, hung up on me, then wouldn't answer all week. I went in first thing Monday morning, but he didn't fix it until Wednesday. Since our swamp cooler was broken and they wouldn't fix that either, our house was quite warm (110 degrees). They didn't apologize to us, but instead accused us of not calling the numbers given. Worst of all was after we moved out. We had previously paid a 200$ refundable pet fee. We got none back. We were charged for the FULL paint job from before we moved in, then charged for another FULL paint job after we moved out. They also charged us for a 3 bedroom paint job when we only had a 1 bedroom. The only paint needed was 10 small nail holes around the living room. So to sum up, maintenance stinks, apartments are disgusting, front office people are unreliable and they are all dishonest, they'll do anything to squeeze every dollar from you. I know the location is pretty good, but don't put yourself in this situation like we did, it's a constant battle to work with them, or to have them fix anything. Hope this helped your decision.

I lived here for 3 and a half years. We moved out this past September, and I would have given a Poor-Fair rating of this place, because the management changed (it seems) maybe 6 or 7 times during my 3.5 years of living there. They were not the easiest people to get a hold of for making repairs. There was a leak in the ceiling of the kitchen that needed to be repaired multiple times. They tried to fix the problem but every time it rained hard enough it would leak through the ceiling again. The lawn was very poorly managed, and several of the other tenants never cleaned up their dog's sh*t. And way too many kids (probably like the one with the wonderful grammar who left a review below me) would run around the parking lot all over the place with no adult supervision. This caused plenty of times where we feared running over children because they would literally run right out in front of our car. And apparently, this complex is the only apartment complex I've ever heard of that required a 60-day notice to move out. This caused us to be stuck there for another 6 months. BUT, there were some very good things about this apartment complex. All of the appliances in the apartment were brand new when we moved in. There was plenty, if not too much, of closet space throughout the apartment, and shelves built into the walls for DVDs and other things proved to be very useful. Some of the managers we experienced throughout our time there were very nice. The location was great, and the neighborhood (not the parking lot full of kids..) is nice and quiet. The reason I give this apartment complex a rating of Very Good is because when we moved out, even though we were charged for some questionable things, the outstanding balance was fairly low. We weren't able to pay the full amount right away like they asked, because we had just moved and spent almost all of our money in the move, but they were very patient about getting their money. After a couple weeks of playing phone tag, we were able to pay in full and they did not take us to collections or court, nor did they charge outrageous late fees. I am VERY grateful for that.

I love these apartments. There is new management and there were about 10 tenants kicked out. There have been no parties, no pot smoking, everyone is very friendly. All of my concerns or things that need to be fixed were fixed and addressed with in 24 hours. There is weekly landscape maint, weekly pest control, and an onsite maint worker that is there everyday. I have not heard anything through my walls. I find I feel very safe living here. The changes were good changes. I would encourage you to take a look.
