Was impressed by manager helpful in understanding inside and out of apartment. Ok the issue of no Heat in the apartment , been a issue for 3 weeks now. We talked property manager she said they talk maintenance , maintenance has have someone come out fix heater. Tenant has constantly spoke to manager left voicemail , and was advised to contact maintenance herself. I've called CAP ,heat Company . They said same your Appartments have to get someone out there we can't help you. Space heater was given here on 1st I supplied one as well.she had no prob with people live building , nor with management. Other than her calls not being returned regarding heat. The heat, trash are part of the rent. I believe lights , she had to turn on lights but Apparent look over this as well. No light bill sent to apartment. Don't know were turn it's 40 degree outside. Space heater help. But paying for utilities part of rent so that comes out pocket no matter what. Don't know who else can Call or ask for help . Wish could right better reviews. I believe not having heat reason I give this review. Otherwise I think it's great , inside the apartment is not what you expect. It's oh wow , you fall in love with it soon walk in door
