Normally wouldn't review a residence but our experience with Brigham has been the absolute best! As our lease is coming to a close and we're deciding whether to buy or renew .. It's a huge toss up! You can tell the management really cares about their residents and their opinions. Which can be annoying (if you're causing trouble or not sticking to their rules/regulations - also lot's of older residents which can be cranky and not understanding from time to time) but for the most part a great quality to look for in management! If you have a LEGIT service animal or emotional support animal they will work with you - but needs to be legitimate or else they have a very strict pet policy. The amenities are great, the location is great, cleaning staff truly does their job and great at it! You never see them but you know they're around as it's flawless and they honestly take care of you and make you feel at home and safe from the very beginning (there were break ins to cars in the area and we had watchmen all throughout the night for weeks on end). Parking garage cleanings, AC, brand new remodeled apartments .. it's all amazing honestly! Maintenance team is always ready and willing to do anything they can to help - they are extremely proactive with the work they do and extremely respectful as they've been remodeling the building. They for sure take ownership of your request. The rent is competitive with what's around the area - Couldn't recommend it anymore. I would say the biggest turn off from Brigham is the pet policy so if you don't have a furry friend.. go for it!

Dont usually write reviews for housing unless they provide exceptional service. I lived here for 1 year and the staff here was by far the best staff I have lived with . Lived in Elevate on 5th and heard horrible stories from my Roomate about Palladio (2 other apartment locations I had experience with ) . I moved out as bought a home but if I had the opportunity to move back I would very do in a heartbeat . Brigham provided great facilities , service , cleaningness , and most importantly fairness . Yes they do have quiet hours at 10 pm but you will Be fine as long as you respect your neighbors and arent too loud . I had the pleasure to work with Brittany closely when looking , signing , dealing with any issue , and moving out she made this process absolutely easy and fair . 5/5 I would very highly recommend this place .

Id say this experience has been not the greatest so far we should moved in a month ago and was not informed of construction and a total renovation. There has been times when random construction workers just walk right in and have keys to our apartment, unannounced. Also, the parking garage doesnt work 3/4 of the time for entering and leaving. I told them about this, they said they were not sure why it wouldnt let me out of the parking garage to go to work at night! Not okay! Fire alarms need to be tested every week I guess as well. Its like one thing is leading to the next. Not very happy, Im not sure a lot of people would be with random people walking in your apartment announced.

Rented during 2014. Decent apartment, good management team. On time maintenance: fixed my washer in 48 hours. Honest management: returned my security deposit on time and complete. Loved the underground parking included in the rent. Gym was okay, not the fanciest. The social rooms were a big add-on: celebrated my daughter's BD and hosted a small Christmas party.
