Prior to move-in, tenants are required to pay a Refund Eligible Cash Security Deposit as advertised (typically one month’s rent) or for about $15 per month have the option for a DEPOSIT-FREE Bond in lieu of paying a Cash Security Deposit Bond.
There is also a one-time Lease Initiation Administration Fee of $150. All applicants over the age of 18 must fill out a separate application and there is a limit of 3 unrelated individuals and 2-3 vehicles depending on the unit.
