This is my second lease with Equity. Though some of their properties do occasionally share leasing agents, it seems like comparing one Equity property to another would be misleading.
This property has one of the most gorgeous private garden walks I've ever seen, tastefully complemented by the yard spaces of the residents lucky enough to snap up one of those apartments. Our top floor view overlooks this area and it's gorgeous and peaceful in almost any weather or time of day.
The building requires key fob access to enter so there's sometimes issues with receiving packages. Tamra, who manages the property, has been working hard for months to coordinate with delivery teams so that they can access the secure package storage even when the front office is closed, but the delivery guys still sometimes make mistakes and put boxes in the regular mail room or wrong building. A FedEx driver told me they have their own key to enter and make deliveries, which is all I really think you can ask the leasing office to ensure. I assume neighboring buildings have this same problem.
I really love our open loft layout. The maintenance team was surprisingly helpful, like extremely helpful, in getting our area customized with wall mounted furniture and appliances. Being able to rent carts and dollies from the front office for free was also a huge help that I didn't know I'd need. This is not my first luxury apartment but it is my first time living in such an urban area, and without Tamra's expertise in the moving process, her transparency about all of the costs and considerations, and the suggestions she had about how to make this move successful, I think I'd be in a much poorer living arrangement currently.
10/10 would recommend, hope to see you move in near me soon.
