This is my third year living at Avalon Quincy. There are many reasons I like this apartment. But I want to specifically praise the maintenance team. The service they provides is always excellent. They are very professional and quick to response to any requests. I never have to worry about any repair I requested online, they simply will come and fix it within a day! I have a couple small repairs needed recently, Sean Dion came twice and get them done nicely and quickly. Thank you Sean!

When I was first looking to move to Quincy I put the Avalon Quincy on my places to look among many others in the area. I toured this building about halfway through my process and immediately cancelled all subsequent tours and signed a lease that day. The leasing office was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable for all questions that I had. The website is very up to date so what you see online is what you see in person, which was refreshing. The move in process was so efficient and made easy, by far the easiest move in process I've ever had. Now that i'm officially living here i'm still getting the quality service that I was provided as a perspective resident, which in most buildings wouldn't be the case. Highly recommend this community!
Update -Im moving out but I still highly recommend living here. The maintenance team has been amazing the entire time Ive lived here, any time I have an issue Sean and Rob are so quick to respond and solve the issue almost instantly. This has been a great location to make commuting into Boston easier while also having the benefits of being a close drive to golfing, hiking and the beach.
