Staying on a business trip for 5 months. The apartment was good. Overall, the place served its purpose. From day one I stepped into the office / reception the guys are friendly and professional. I made a good decision to move to this service apartment,the neighborhood is a good location for all my daily activities. Air conditioning was very good.Washing machine was very handy, with air drying.The roof top was awesome with the pool.a So overall experience is good and value for money. The apartments are well managed, peaceful, quiet and clean.

Let me just tell you.. these apartments are awesome. Great units, great management, great community, great maintenance team, what's not to like? I came from an apartment community that had a very poor management and maintenance team, so coming to the wire made it day and night. They won't try to gouge you for all of your pennies, they will work with you to make sure you're happy. I have nothing but good things to say. Come look, apply, lease and when you do, tell the Hunter referred you! ;)

Here is just a little bit about the best apartment complex in Omaha. Not only are the amenities like the gym, indoor basketball court, and the AMAZING skydeck something that should immediately suck you in...but the little touches throughout the living spaces are nice as well. Everything from USB ports on the walls and the glass covering inside some of the cabinetry just ensure you're living in a posh living space. The residents are very friendly and you couldn't ask for a better staff. So to update this. Ive been at this complex since it first opened and my opinion hasnt changed. Easily the best apartment in Omaha. The amenities are just top notch and the staff is amazing. Sassy and Nicole are always easy to talk with and are incredibly down to earth. They absolutely go the extra mile for all their residents. You can reach out to them with any questions and they will get back to you ASAP. The residents here have become my best friends. Almost all my friends are from this building and I recommend this place to pretty much anyone I can that is looking for a sweet apartment. Cheers to The Wire!

I have lived here for nearly a year now and absolutely love living at The Wire. The staff has been great for any issues or questions we have had. The apartment we are in is great and the community areas are well maintained. The rooftop view as well as the pool are great for showing off or just lounging around.
