Staying on a business trip for 5 months. The apartment was good. Overall, the place served its purpose.
From day one I stepped into the office / reception the guys are friendly and professional.
I made a good decision to move to this service apartment,the neighborhood is a good location for all my daily activities.
Air conditioning was very good.Washing machine was very handy, with air drying.The roof top was awesome with the pool.a
So overall experience is good and value for money. The apartments are well managed, peaceful, quiet and clean.

Let me just tell you.. these apartments are awesome. Great units, great management, great community, great maintenance team, what's not to like? I came from an apartment community that had a very poor management and maintenance team, so coming to the wire made it day and night. They won't try to gouge you for all of your pennies, they will work with you to make sure you're happy. I have nothing but good things to say. Come look, apply, lease and when you do, tell the Hunter referred you! ;)

Here is just a little bit about the best apartment complex in Omaha. Not only are the amenities like the gym, indoor basketball court, and the AMAZING skydeck something that should immediately suck you in...but the little touches throughout the living spaces are nice as well. Everything from USB ports on the walls and the glass covering inside some of the cabinetry just ensure you're living in a posh living space. The residents are very friendly and you couldn't ask for a better staff.
So to update this. Ive been at this complex since it first opened and my opinion hasnt changed. Easily the best apartment in Omaha. The amenities are just top notch and the staff is amazing. Sassy and Nicole are always easy to talk with and are incredibly down to earth. They absolutely go the extra mile for all their residents. You can reach out to them with any questions and they will get back to you ASAP.
The residents here have become my best friends. Almost all my friends are from this building and I recommend this place to pretty much anyone I can that is looking for a sweet apartment.

I have lived here for nearly a year now and absolutely love living at The Wire. The staff has been great for any issues or questions we have had. The apartment we are in is great and the community areas are well maintained. The rooftop view as well as the pool are great for showing off or just lounging around.

Been a resident since 2015, love, love, love the wire! From the updates(SS appliances, granite tops) to the cool community areas, this place raises the bar like no other. The views from the rooftop are the best in town. Huge shout out to the management - Sassy, Nicole, Chris, Brendan and the rest of the gang for up-keeping the standards and addressing concerns promptly. And the cleaning ladies, they work so hard to keep the place clean on.after the weekends. Love that they enforce the policies(pet, guest/party) to ensure its a safe place for all the residents. Highly recommend the wire for your next home!

I have loved living here at The Wire for the last 3.5 years! There are many reasons I have enjoyed my time here, one of the main ones was due to my health issues and allergies to pet dander, mainly from dogs. I appreciate the buildings no pet policy as I felt I could live in this apartment without too many concerns for breathing / wheezing and itchy eyes. While I do have the utmost understanding and compassion for those whose health issues are relieved by having companion or therapy animals, I do respectfully disagree with the negative review left on this site recently with the managements considerate and yet fair policy and decision of prohibiting these animals from common areas and community spaces on property. I am looking forward to another summer on the roof without worry and another year in this lovely building I call home. Thank you, Wire Office & NuStyle!

The Wire Apartments offer an awesome downtown living experience. The amenities are sweet and the views are amazing! These Apartments are just a short 10 minute walk to the old market. My wife and I love walking around the area. We loved having our friends over to grill burgers on the rooftop and swim on the rooftop pool! Not to mention, the history of the building makes The Wire so unique. NuStyle Development is a GREAT company and The Wire staff is always friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend living at The Wire!

The Wire Apartments is the best place to live near Downtown Omaha and for a college student. I have been living here for the past two years and I have had no problems. The staff here is wonderful and the apartment is always safe and clean. Great location, rooms, and more :)

The roof top amenities can't be beat, I probably looked at 20 apartments before deciding on The Wire. The leasing office was great about showing me all of the layouts within my budget, not once but twice. The staff is amazing.
Some wish list items:
None of the apts I saw had a bathtub. Shower only.
The amenities close at midnight. I'm sure it's an insurance issue, but still, it'd be nice to access the roof/pool after midnight.
I really wish they allowed dogs. I'd love to have one, but no pets allowed.
Overall, can't beat the location and amenities for the price.

The Wire is an excellent place to live. The amenities are amazing and are very useful to have right in your building. The apartments are very well done, I have seen many different layouts and apartments. They are very similar but are very high quality. Additionally, the location is perfect. It is within walking distance to everything you could need. Whether you're a student or working downtown, you can walk to where you need to be. It also is within walking distance to old market. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Moving in is very easy because of that. The security of the building is better than the security I have seen in a lot of other downtown areas. Overall, The Wire is a great place to live if you want a quality and fun place to live.

The Wire provides downtown living, without being so close that you have the downsides and noise that apartments in the Old Market get. Very short walk to work if you're working downtown, and more importantly a short walk to all the bars. The apartments themselves are great, spacious, and most have amazing views. The roof top is just great, sporting several grills, lots of TV's, seating (indoor and out), and even a pool! It's a great spot with a great mix of people, from Creighton students, to young professionals, to young families.

The party room, rooftops, and gym are fantastic as well! We also love the management because they are professional, helpful, and friendly! Our neighbors are courteous and quiet, overall it's the perfect place to live!

This apartment complex makes living in downtown Omaha incredibly easy. The staff is wonderful, the maintenance staff can fix your problems within 24 hours, and everything is always very clean. I love how the granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances in my apartment make it feel modern and fresh. My view of downtown Omaha outside my apartment is amazing as well. There are two rooftop common areas and a rooftop pool that I always love showing off to my friends. There's no better way to see all of beautiful downtown Omaha than from the roof of The Wire. I would absolutely recommend living at this apartment complex.

Shout out to the managers for keeping a good communication via emails. It's good to know what's going on and what's to be aware of in the neighborhood in a timely manner. They really care about the residents' security and living experience. Demography of the Wire is mostly young folks students, professionals... I have seen parties on the rooftop and heard noises in the middle of the night in the hallway; but issues were addressed and resolved.
