This was my first apartment out of undergrad and I am very picky when it comes to where I live. We have a view of downtown with the picture windows and this (almost) sold me right on the spot. I love the modern finishes, love that it is fairly quiet with insulated walls(no super loud neighbors), and love all the "extras" like the pool and gym that come with it. Alysha is a great property manager and does her best to make sure everyone is accommodated and taken care of! I can't wait to renew my lease for the upcoming year(s)!

Lived here as a young professional right out of college! My experience was fantastic! The interior of each apartment is extremely sleek and modern, and the appliances are up to date. The gym is also very convenient and has the essentials to get a good workout in. The location is awesome too! Definitely within walking distance to downtown and the old market, and a short drive to Midtown and every place else! The staff and front office (especially Alysha) are also very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Any questions will be addressed quickly. Even after move out, their communication has been great. They treat you right! I would still be living here if I hadn't moved out of state! I have, do, and will continue to recommend The Highline to anyone looking for a spot in Omaha!

I still can't believe this is my home, it's such a huge step up from anywhere I've ever lived. These are very modestly priced and just overall awesome. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the tenants I've met are really nice. This is a very well maintained , artfully decorated place that I would recommend to anyone. I always feel safe because there are actually security personnel that keep an eye on things and patrol the building at night. The view from my apartment knocks my socks off, and I wake up to sun streaming in through the huge windows every morning. The appliances are shiny stainless steel. When people come over they are always really impressed. the fitness center is really nice, the pool is really nice, the rooftop terrace is really nice. Everything is super convenient, there's even a garbage and recycling chute on every floor.

This is a great place to live. It is conveniently located close to the Creighton University campus, as well between Old Market and Midtown Crossing, making it a perfect location for students and business professionals in the Omaha area. The amenities are high quality with a new pool and hot tub, exercise room and multiple community rooms. I have greatly enjoyed my experience living here!

This place is awesome. It's almost like you're living in a 5 star hotel. The amenities are to die for. Pool, jacuzzi, party room on the main level and a party room on the top with amazing views of Omaha. They also have a half basketball court just in case you want to cross up J-rock on the court. Their workout facilities are great also. The staff is wonderful, never a day late when something is needed. If life was perfect I'd live there forever. Unfortunately, life is not perfect and people lose their job and can't afford to pay rent anymore. But besides that, Highline apartments are great and NuStyle is a great company to rent from. Go ahead and sign that 2 year lease, you won't regret it.

Being a college student, this was my first experience being in an apartment complex that wasn't associated with a university. Highline has certainly been the best choice for an apartment. It not only has great location being within walking distance to downtown Omaha and Creighton University, it has amazing amenities such as a fitness center, basketball court, lounge, beacon/study area on the top floor, grills, and most of all a ping pong table, hot tub, and pool which are all located in the Highline 2 building. All of those features make it a great place to live, but the people working there are even better. They property manager, Alysha, as well as everyone else working in the building does a great job of keeping the residents up to date with information as well as being very easy to talk to regarding any issues residents might have or talk about lease extensions etc. They are very flexible and very willing to talk with residents about their situations. It has been a great year and a half at Highline and I will certainly be sad to be moving out once I'm done with school!

i travel frequently for work and i can say.. Very impressed! I have had so many sub-par experiences in this city, and the management here has restored my faith in Omaha. The entire staff is completely invested in your experience. The amenities of a full-service hotel, with an attentive staff that makes you constantly feel at home. As an added bonus, your literally steps away from both the Downtown and Midtown areas. You can not get a better location!

Today my roommates & I were cheated $1452.00 by Highline Apartments (Nustyle). Our lease ends on exactly 05/31/2015. I told the property manager to put this specific date on the lease to prevent further charges after this date. I went to the office on 01/2015 (more than 60 day notice) to give notice "verbally" to the property manager and told her that we will all be moved out by 05/31/15. However, no written document was given to me or made known to me to sign or anything on 01/2015. She said we were good to go on that end date. On 5/17 after graduation, my roommate moved out of the apartment, returned keys, & gave notice again. On 5/29 I return remaining keys & gave notice once more. Receptionist accepted the keys & ask for new address for returning our deposits & said we were good to go. On 6/2 a new charge for rent for the month of June appears & ONLY my roommate was left a voice mail asking for rent! On 6/3 Property manager states that the verbal notice on 01/2015 did not matter because no "written" notice/document! So my roommates and I decided to not go through the trouble of fighting them and just pay the $1125 rent for month June, even though we are all moved out at this point. The property manager then proceed to go straight to our apartment directly to our stove bringing me along saying the stove top is damaged and need to be replaced ($327). It was near perfect condition with few scratch marks, as you can see on the picture. Thus $1125 + $327 damage charge was paid this date to avoid dealing with this company ever again... She again did not gave us "written" document that we moved out. She verbally states that we are good to go once more...On 6/4 feeling cheated the next day & having the potential to get cheated more, my roommates and I decided to return to the office to get written document to ensure of the moved out and no further payments. So I arrived at the office at 9:00 am and was told by the property manager to wait for 20 min... 20 min turned to 90 minutes!!! THEN, when she finally come rushing out and rudely handed me our final account statements! I just want to make sure everyone knows about their schemes and don't lose money. Please beware of this and don't get cheated by them. Don't use the stove unless you want to pay $327 at the end. And request a "written" document with her signature at least 6 months ahead of time prior to moving out. Take pictures of everything. 06/08 The regional manager & the President of Nustyle saw our story and reached out to us promptly. They will mail back the money the property manger took from us, and the property manager will be handled accordingly for her actions. Nustyle also installed new policies so this doesn't happen to anyone else!

She will absolutely try to scam you out of any money she can. ***If you decide to live here or are currently living here, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING or you might find yourself moving out and still paying rent months later!!!*** Please do not let this company take advantage of you.

Unbelievable!!!! They are such a liar.. We gave more than 2 months move out notice (verbally), and then they said they never received any notice and took ALL of our deposit $1125. In addition, they charge us for the little scratch on the stove top $350. BE AWARDED they will try anything to take away all your deposit!!! Do not believe anything they tell you, everything need to have proof. Verbal approval is not enough, you need a paper copy!!

Although these apartments appear nice, the property manager is the complete opposite. Sure the tour is great and as long as you're giving the company money, everything is peachy. But once you try to move out, all hell breaks loose. She does everything in her power to avoid letting you sign the move out agreement and will charge you an obscene amount of money for "damages" to the stovetop and other non-existent issues. So unless you like to pay to replace things in perfectly great condition, then by all means, move in asap! Otherwise, avoid living here at all costs!!!
