Poorly managed nobody really pick up the phone in the office no good communication with the others maintenance is well-kept always on top of it but not swell clean when moving in I found a couple syringe needles in restroom I was very angry also very expensive rent not guarantee a parking spot when banquet event is going on there are times where the apartment smells like cigarettes from from your neighbor going through the vents

some sketchy & loud neighbors(the walls in the apartment are very thin so you can hear your neighbors conversation)
appliance issues ( my stove would turn on when i was using my oven it was reported to the maintenance they said maybe i just thought it was on.. this issue was never fixed so i learned to be extra careful.. found out from neighbors that there is an electrical issues and appliances need to be updated being that i wasn't the only one having these kinds of issues)
There is a small workout area.. although random people that are in the building for one of the many business will just watch you and be weird it can make a person feel highly uncomfortable! most people don't use it. Due to not much equipment and lack there of privacy for the residents. i ended up getting my own treadmill and working out in my apartment. they have stairs from floor 1 to 10-11 floor.. however be careful because you are locked in the stairwell as soon as you shut the door even if you walk down you can't get out. good and tough work out yet very frustrating to get locked in.
there is a community area however it is locked up and even though you have a key card you can't access the community room so really its just there...
Horrible South Omaha Smell
Unprofessional management team.
Reporting issues even though you're required to its never fixed. Ended up fixing most things on our own actually it was suggested by maintenance.
I stayed here for about 15-16 months my lease was up after 12 months but management didn't seem to notice due to being busy and never in office.
It's not a bad place i guess it could be much worse! Although the amount they are charging for the lack there of services not worth it in my opinion.
