If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. This place is nothing but a joke. First of all the management sucks. The parking sucks. I always feel like I am going to back up into another car because the parking lot is way too narrow. Another thing is the office. It's a little hard to pay my rent when there's no one ever there.It's very inconvenient and unacceptable. Another thing to add to the list of many things is the insulation. When it rains, snows or is really cold out, I have to put towels around the doors and windows which I SHOULDN'T have to do. All the doors set poorly. There's no security whatsoever so any dirt bag off the road can roam around in the hallways. That's for sure a safety hazard especially in these times which I don't think you guys have any of a clue that we're in the 21st century now presuming that this place hasn't been renovated since it was built 80 some years ago. I could go on, but I have bigger and better things to do besides waste my time complaining about something that nothing is going to be done about it, along with everything else at this place. I don't recommend this place to anyone besides people who are fine with constantly getting ripped off and being utterly disappointed.

***DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY LIKE TO Take YOUR DEPOSIT AND NOT RETURN IT***I saw tons of negative reviews prior to moving in but I decided to go and talk to the office and they were rock stars ( this is the old staff btw) . The company got Bought out and I believe they are MAXX property now but not sure . Any who the new staff was nice dont get me wrong but just different from the rockstars that were there before hand. Amber the manager was pretty friendly . One thing I would say is if the office says its open from 8:30 -4/5 then it NEEDS to be open! So many times that the office is closed . My lease ended I moved out and it was in my lease that I would get my security deposit back within a week of everything checked out . I even confirmed with the manager amber before I left after turning in the keys and she said within a week! Awesome great!!! Here I am OVER a month with no security deposit back . I have called last 3 days trying to get ahold of someone to talk to . When I called before was told that it would be refunded to me the next week, the next week, the next week ... here we are at 8:38 am ( as posted on the door) and no one is in the office !! Rediculous !! Terrible way to run a business !!

The apartments are good. Maintenance is good. Theyre pretty quick with fixing stuff but the office is terrible. They need to hire new people.

Bed bugs are a major issue here, but management does not cover any cost to help with extermination. It takes forever to get maintenance services, and they do a half job fixing things properly. This is now managed under Lund Co. and the transition is horrible and long. They are trying to make us pay for fixtures that are not included in the originally signed lease. The online paying option is not user friendly, and my rent information is not available. I am very frustrated with this management change, as I have had bad experiences with Lund Co in the past. I do not recommend any Lund Apartments. The last one (City View) had a cockroach infestation that I had to live with for 1.5 years, it never got better.

This was literally the worst place that I have ever lived. First off, when I first moved in, they went through 4 different managers. I had windows that leaked each time it rained and would flood my apt. Let me add that I was on second floor. The hallways always reeked, the people around us were SOO loud. There was mold in our bathroom. The only reason that it was Semi- okay, was because of the maintenance guy.

I shouldn't have to pay to get into a public pool when we have one at our own apartment complex. I find it a little inconvenient and ridiculous. If they say they have a pool, it should be open. No excuses.

My wife and I have lived here only a short time, and we have nothing but good to say about the managers. The staff has been very friendly towards us. The apartment complex allows animals (dogs, cats, etc). No fish bowls allowed, however. There's lots of parking spots including some handicap slots. No reserved spots. Mail slots are all indoors. Conveniences are very close. There's a grocery store just across the street, along with a Dollar General store, and a Hair-stylist shop.
We couldn't be more pleased.

First off I had been there a little over 3 yrs and they cannot keep staff there. That said a lot if that place. Neighbors up all hours of the night having parties and smoking weed. There is a huge safety issue of some of the people living there. I was faced by some creepy guys on numerous occasions with threats, and watching my every move. Went to the office and they did not care. After several complaint I was informed they were evicted, but they were really moved down the hall. They are in it for the money!! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!!

I've lived here for 2 years and had no problems with the apartment management but the complex itself is not great. At least 4 times last month, someone pulled the fire alarms and they continued for a good 30 minutes each time. The walls are incredibly thin so you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors talk about. Considering the price, they aren't really a bad place to live.

+ Shared walls between units are extremely thin: I could hear my neighbors through the walls talking, cooking, etc. This issue compounded by a lot of inconsiderate neighbors with loud sound systems -- both in their car and in their unit -- made it a dread to be home.
+ There were strangers/neighbors hanging around outside of the complex who were seemingly up to no good. I always felt that my property was at risk of being stolen. I received knocks on my door on multiple occasions from strange people soliciting money.
+ The management & maintenance staff seemed annoyed with their jobs -- concerns, inquiries, complaints were met with irritation instead of professionalism.
+ The smallest of maintenance requests turned into long drawn out processes requiring lots of follow up inquiries to get things fixed/completed.
+ The property management company (maxx properties) seemed cheap in general -- they charged me for repairs/maintenance that other apartments would replace/maintain as a courtesy. The furnishings/items in the apartment were generally low quality and broke down often.
I would think long and hard before leasing here.

The lady called Megan was a total b***h. Acted like she was QUEEN B and was talking bad about her co-workers. She is not a team player. She didn't act like she wanted to sell any apartments. Was talking under her breath as we left. We went over to Fox Valley (which I would not recommend) Megan had called over there just before we had arrived so the girl was also a total B. On the other hand Laura was super nice and very informative from the day before. I would not go check out the property unless you go on mondays ask for Laura.
