Well the tenant at 11009 apt 6 make noise like bee . Make You feel like you would run away. They are the wost set. They are noise pollution. Worse every. Terribe terrible. The mangement tell you that they are sorry . When you cannot sleep at night because of the tenants at apt6. The floor is not carpet and they keep on dropping things on the board, and stamping .it is so terrible. They exercise and run on the floor at night you can get no sleep. It get on my nerve. All kind of people going back and forth. , making noise. All they care about is money not people .that is a shame. When mangement speak to them they do it worse. They try to get insult me when i complain about the terrible noise. No justice. No justice for people like us. Who should we go to and address these situations. Shame on you guys. Just to say that all that we are going thru . The tenant disturbing us. I get the the blame. they acting like wild animals and there is no peace. The manager give me letter of infraction. These tenant at apt 6 is so noisy. But i who complain get all the blame and the tenant at apt 6 , get the okay to make more noise. Where is the justice. They cannot do any thing to address the problem . But it me get the blame. But i will live. They cause to go thru emotional stress , high blood pressure because of the noise. No help .

Well if you want to ever do laundry there, make sure you fill that laundry card once since the office never seems to be open for people to be able to re-load it. It's not like you have nice laundry facilities anyways so why have a fancy card to protect bad machines? Thought I was paying for these amenities. Totally not worth it. Not to mention the fact that they try and find a way to get the most money out of you as possible yet, won't ever answer a phone call. Not professional. One star in my book. Moved out recently.

If I could give it less than one star, I would. I had to ask twice for someone to be sent out here to spray my apartment for cockroaches, no one ever sent anyone. I seriously had to call the regional manager (who lives in a different state) before anyone was sent out here to spray. I've been asking to make sure the apartments around me to be checked and sprayed accordingly for cockroaches for a month and a half and they just finally did it two days ago. I have had nothing but problems with maintence and management while living here. Up until about three weeks ago I have never even been given notice that people were going to be coming into my house. I just came home after work to signs hanging on my door handle inside my apartment saying someone was here. Half the time what they were here for they didn't even fix. I was without a stove for 5 days at one point. I had no other way to cook food so even though I was broke from moving in here (this happened less than 9 days after I moved in) I got to eat fast food for those 5 days and some of the food in my fridge went bad because I had no way of cooking it. I was promised upon signing my lease my apartment would be sprayed monthly for bugs, didnt happen, not even once until I complained about the roaches three times. I was told the broken window in my second bedroom would be replaced, still hasn't been replaced, the shower head in my bathroom was suppose to be replaced, never happened. Two months after I moved in I come home to my door unlocked and I was livid, then noticed the maintence man was here replacing my sink that we had put a work order in the day we moved in. That sink he replaced was leaking so bad that when I finally noticed it the maintence man that came to fix it said he could screw it tighter with his fingers that's how much lack there of the last guy even tried. My water was shut off one day and when I called the office to see why it was, I was told he'd promptly call me back, he never called me back, it continued to not be turned back on for over three hours. Seems like everytime I have a problem it doesn't matter if it's fixed or not. They only call and tell my fiance things, they only write letters addressed to my fiance even though we're both on the lease. At one point they came in my house 3 days in a row. For what, who knows?! They have the worst communication ever. One day they called my fiance asking if I had lost my key, I'm so confused on why they would call him and not me about my key. I never even lost my key so I have no clue what the call was even made for. In the short 5 months I've lived here, there has been atleast 4 different people who worked in the office. My two move-out inspection dates were timed less than a week apart but yet they are suppose to be 60 day inspection and 30 day inspection. I am beyond excited to get out of here. I would never recommend anyone to live here. Only good things about these apartments is there's a walk-in closet and always a parking spot close to my apartments front door but I think that's because half of the apartments in my building aren't occuppied.. hmm, I wonder why.

I've lived here a little over 2 years and the parking situation has always been bad. I recently had my brother visiting with his kids from out of town. My brother vehicle's tire blew causing the tire to come off the rim. We attempt to move his vehicle into the visitor spot but all spots were taking so we had no choice but to place it into a spot that requires a parking permit. I called the office informing them of the situation and they still placed a tow ticket on his car. I called again advising them that we had a tow coming but wasn't sure what time it will be here. The management advised me that it was fine since I was going to get it handled it just had to be moved by the ticket date which was 12-2 so we left to grab the kids some lunch and behold his vehicle was towed when we got back poor communication.

THE MANAGER SARAH IS NEVER HERE, AND NOBODY ELSE CAN HANDLE ANY PROBLEMS. A BOX UNDER A BRIDGE WOULD HAVE BEEN A NICER PLACE TO LIVE. PARKING IS A JOKE, ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE WEED AND TRASH AND NOBODY COMPETENT WORKS HERE. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Evergreen Terrace is a great deal from the outside but a disaster upon moving in. Conditions are far from acceptable and they allow things...

Evergreen Terrace is a great deal from the outside but a disaster upon moving in. Conditions are far from acceptable and they allow things to remain unfixed and broken for months. The management is more than happy to steal your money at every given opportunity- choosing to not inform the residents when they are paying too much or too little rent so they can administer fees as they please. They can (and do) enter your home as frequently as they wish and they have no obligation to give any sort of a heads up. During the time that I resided there the management changed a handful of times, and with each newcomer the stories and policies seemed to change, even though they swear up and down that it has been the same since day one. This apartment complex capitalizes on lies and manipulation- I would never recommend that anyone live here.
