I was absolutely thrilled when I learned about this apartment complex. I signed a lease, sight unseen (did see photos) and moved in when the building was just finished. I couldn't have been happier with my unit, the building, management or my neighbors during my nearly three years here. I am moving on because I need a larger home and yard to accommodate changes in my growing family (grandchildren who stay with me very regularly). I especially loved my neighbors! There is a beautiful common area where people gathered "potluck style" for Thanksgiving one year (pre-covid, of course), there are women who gather weekly to play cards, do crossword puzzles or just talk. There's a group in front of the tv for football games and people who enjoy playing pool together. It's a clean and well-kept building and grounds, and a friendly community. And the units are gorgeous! Granite counters, stainless appliances, beautiful vinyl flooring in the main areas, huge windows, lots of storage (at least in my unit). I expected to live here for many more years and would have been happy to. But life brings new chapters and I am moving on to my next one.

I signed my lease sight unseen, even before the building had been opened for occupancy, I have never been this happy! I moved from a, once beautiful, senior apartment bldg. that flooded and was eventually shut down by the building inspector. It became even more hellish when the NY city owners refused to make required repairs (no mechanicals, no elevators, no ac, fire alarms out of order, mold everywhere,) all repairs had to be approved by the NYC owners... but they did manage to raise the rent, with nasty people managing it and living in it. Oak Ridge has beautiful, pleasant people, management couldn't be better. Have a problem? Call the manager who is on it right away. Not only do they do their job, residents are even welcome to drop in for a quick chat. Trouble makers and rule breakers are dealt with appropriately. The apartments are gorgeous with the best amenities, and I love my neighbors. The building is quiet and beautifully maintained, (I can't even hear my neighbors through the walls or in the hallways). My neighbors are friendly, mind their own business, and we co-exist in ways I never thought possible. Oak Ridge is WONDERFUL, and I hope to never move again.

I believe it has been the friendliest apartment I have ever lived in. Oak Ridge has a wonderful office Manager who is sweet as her voice sounds. She gets the job done extremely well. I only needed maintenance once and they came immediately. They even supply lightbulbs and change them for you. With Covid-19 they took the necessary precautions and we all stayed COVID-19 free. The apartments are beautiful and Im a happy camper. Good luck!

Oak Ridge Senior Apartments is a wonderfully senior community. The property team is professional and friendly. They have do a great job of following the current restrictions due to COVID and continue to offer top notch customer service to the residents and guest. I would recommend this location to any one over the age of 55 looking for a place to call home!

We love our apartment. Have 2 bed 2 bath because i am a caregiver for my husband. If we have problem the Manager does not have problem helping me The only thing i will say i am disappointed not just senior living.
