Sherman Glen Apartments were built in 1998 on the north side of Madison. We are set back off Sherman Avenue across from Northgate Shopping Center. We have 98 affordable Section 42 apartments. We offer 1and 2-bedroom apartments for young at heart residents who are 55 years or better and enjoy their independence. If an afternoon of Bingo, cards, games, and more in our community room is something you would enjoy, all are welcome. Our community room offers a full kitchen and a large patio to enjoy daily, or you can reserve the room for a private gathering. Our apartments are spacious with plenty of closets. Heat is included for the long winter season in Wisconsin and if you have a car, we have just the spot for it in the heated garage (if there is a space available).
