Can I reserve the community room?
No. But there's plenty of room on the three rooftops along with the indoor community game and kitchen area.

This may depend on the breed, but the building is home to dogs of all shapes and sizes (2lbs to 200lbs dogs)
Is there guest parking available?
Guests may park on the first two floors of unsecured covered parking (festival foods parking) for up to four hours. There's also a ramp by the Sylvee music venue and free off street parking in the surrounding blocks.
What are the parking options? Do I get a reserved space?
There's 4 floors of covered parking, and the top two levels are secured via garage door. There's no reserved spaces, but you pay for either secured ($125) vs unsecured ($75) floors in the covered area. There's free off street, first come first serve parking.
How are the internet speeds? Are there any preferred/required vendors for the cable or internet?
The building has a partnership with AT&T (Fiber internet is available). But there's other companies you can choose to go with (i.e. Spectrum)
