DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If i could give zero stars I would! I was definitely sold a lie when doing my tour and signing my lease. They dont do any maintenance work they just pass the responsibility from person to person. I had no AC for a month and the weather outside was over 95 degrees I just got it fixed a week ago after putting in maintenance request middle of may and contacting emergency maintenance it still took weeks for them to fix it. Now my apartment flooded it took them 3 hours to come dry up the water and to top it off they shut off the water with no communication as to how long it would be and needless to say I had to spend money I dont have to put me in my kids in a hotel just to have running water. They demand money and add however many water fees they want but dont fix ANYTHING! (Pictures were taken 6/18/22)

My roof been leaking for the longest and never got fix. They raised my rent by $150. I've been asking to come spray every week for roaches and they never do. Do not move here. they still haven't come and sprayed and they said they'll come spray every week. do not move here . I pay $1,000 a month for rent have to pay water too. and they won't come spray weekly like they said. this don't make no sense at all. do not move here if you want a roach infested apartment. won't come spray. now if you want to pay more than $1,000 a month for rent plus your water then sure move here. and don't forget the mold. they didn't want to fix the roof and didn't want to fix the drywall. after the renovations clearly see the mold and didn't get fixed. that's a health hazard. smh

Would not recommend doing business with this company. Applied and was guaranteed what I was looking for then told it wasnt available. Took a $250 deposit and made it unnecessarily the biggest hassle to get my money back with lies, and simply trying to avoid me. Businesses like this ought to be ashamed and I held accountable for providing unethical services like this.

I have recently toured Fountain Square due to new renovations and looking for a new apartment and have to say they are beautiful. After walking through the model and being provided information on the renovations, this is going to be on the top of my list. I don't have to move until May, so hoping that all the renovations are done in the unit I choose, however, if not they did state they will still have the renovations done while residing there. I can't wait to move in. :)
