came by to get some info for a friend and the young lady there was super helpful. answered every question i had even though it was a little difficult since it was for a friend and not myself. she made it suuuuper easy. even had a model unit to show off to future residents... as cliche as it sounds, helpful staff matters.

Hello all, I've been a tenant at this place for a couple of months now, so trying to give a brief of this place. Coming to the positives- love the place , atmosphere. Neat and renovated houses (even tough built in 80's or before). The service is excellent (also to be noted pest control ppl visit frequently may be 2 months or earlier to make sure everything is tidy;)) All grocery stores (Kroger, Walmart, Lowe's, Costco , Sam's club etc)are nearby which is an added advantage. If you use the public transport now and then, bus stop is a for-long away. Some negatives which I'd noticed- The laundry is not attached to your unit, which can be cumbersome for a large family. And lastly, my deposit was huge (as it was my first rental after moving out)- so be prepared kids. - Hopefully I get them into-to when my lease ends:) Haha Hope this was helpful.

This place is uncaring, and deceiving, Beware all of these units at onetime have had black mode in the them. And changing the bathrooms out does not stop it from coming back. It does not matter if you renew they will raise your rent to what it would be if you just moved in with no substantial upgrade to your apartment. They do not care How long you live there. Don't get deceived their smiles are not true.

Everything was perfect when I first got the apartment, but now that Ive been here for a while they dont care as much as they used to, Im constantly calling about my air going out, they fix it and it only works one day then the next its back to not working, its starting to get really annoying.

Just moved in about a month ago, so far no complaints! The office staff has been wonderful to work with, quick, informative, and very friendly. A maintenance staff member came to change something for me, and he was very kind, courteous, and quick as well. The studio apartments are quite spacious, very clean, and up-to-date upon move-in. The grounds have been well-kept and I look forward to seeing the plant life blooming further in the spring. Do keep in mind that the walls are quite thin though. This hasn't been a huge problem, but you can definitely hear upstairs neighbors walking around or snoring loudly.

Not a bad place. They go through managment every year and bump rent up every year. Dont think it's worth what they ask. But they are friendly. bug man comes every month. Little girl got ran over and killed in front of park but they installed deadly car bumps, residents still drive crazy sometimes. This place has a good diversity of people. They have their pros and cons.

I absolutely love this place. The first time I seen the place it just felt like home, and coming from a horrible complex to this one has been amazing. I love the staff they are very friendly and very helpful. My AC went out and they were quick to get someone to fix it, I truly appreciate that. My kids love the park that's all they ever want to do. It's a nice quite place, of course you'll hear kids playing but nothing that bothers me. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I highly suggest anyone to move here . This was my second apartment I ever moved into and the staff are friendly. They are very punctual, organized, and will work with you during any kind of struggle. I moved in about a year or so ago in feb with my ex boyfriend currently . Due to our horrible splitting we had to break the lease. They were able to let me find a job and start pay arrangements due to having really good credit & the unfortunate situation that occurred. Any time I needed something fix, they were fast. If a problem occurred, they were professional. I really liked the neighborhood, pool, and the amenities were great. It felt very homie and comfortable. I liked the location as well and close to a lot of activities, entertainment, Bardstown, stores & etc. I really enjoyed living here for the short amount of time and def thinking about moving back. I appreciate all the help they've provided and encouragement they gave me during hard times. -Cierra Andrews

Over all the apartments are great the staff is great. Anything that I have ever needed completed was done so in a timely matter I am recently moving the only reason is I'm purchasing a house. It's well lit at night! No bug problem they spray once a month. I would highly recommend this location to anyone! Children friendly pet friendly!!!

I currently live in these apartments. I moved in Dec of 2015. The noise level is very minimal. I mean of course, from time to time, you hear people walking through to get to their apartment but even then its nothing major. I don't hear animals barking or making noise at all. Yes, I can hear the neighbor above me but heck in almost every apartment you can hear that, so to me its not a big deal. I think my only major complaint is how small my kitchen is. I knew it was small when I picked it but you don't truly realize how small it is until you start trying to prepare a meal in it. Other than that, every other room is a perfect size and honestly it feels like a safe environment. Ive came home at 2 in the morning and felt super safe. Its very bright at night so you can see everything. I love that the come every month to make sure those little unwanted critters get taken care of and the fact that maintenance also comes quickly. Major bonus is that places that deliver your packages, besides USPS, actually take them to the office if you are not home!! I haven't really talked to the office staff so I cant comment on how they are but I do know that when I call to get something checked, it def gets checked quickly. Like I said, so far so good!!

I live in a studio here. It's small but I like it. The staff is friendly and helpful, they call if there is a package for you in the office. I've utilized the emergency maintenance because of a overflowed toilet and they came within the hour and fixed it. I love the monthly pest control. Only down side is that I can hear every step from the apartment above me. So if you do decide to live here make sure you live on the second floor.

I love the staff- they are probably why it got three stars. I have a newborn and it is rather annoying to have the smell of weed enter into our bedroom and living room at all times of the day. Another thing is how "ghetto" it is. I had a package stolen off of my rug. Neighbors tell me it has been happening for two years. There's apparently nothing you can do about it except be home 24/7 or pray FedEx feels kind enough to take it to the office that day. The last is pest control and maintenance entering whenever. It's very awkward waking up and opening the door to find someone in your apartment. Our contract ends in January and we will definitely be moving.

The apartments themselves are really nice. The staff is friendly and if you have a problem they come out right away and fix it. They do monthly pest control and they will go into your apartment even if youre not there. I have a huge problem with that. There have been times where i didnt hear the door and they just came on in. One of those times i was asleep. Waking up to a man in your house is very unsettling. Another thing is you need to give a 60 day notice in order to move out which makes it impossible to find a new apartment. They did raise the rent last year and are probably going to raise it again this year. Another problem that i found was that people are now smoking weed outside on their balconies making it impossible to keep the window open to get any fresh air. I will be moving out a.s.a.p Oh and btw there are no ceiling lights except in the kitchen and bathroom. We were forced to buy lamps in order to get any light in the apartment.
