Additional information about Rhino:
1. The most qualified renters (eg. high credit, high income) will see an option to pay for a Rhino policy in monthly installments.
2. The mostly qualified renters (eg. medium credit, medium income) will see an option to pay in slightly higher monthly installments.
3. The least qualified renters (eg. lower credit, lower income or unfavorable history with Rhino) may not see this monthly offer but we’ll do our best to offer them an alternative, like an upfront payment option.
4. Renters that do not qualify will not be eligible for a Rhino policy, and may be required to pay an upfront deposit to the property management company.
