This place is horrible. They have roaches every where and when I told them they sprayed in 1 little spot and I still continued to have them. Then I moved out after 2 weeks because it was horrible. They tried saying I lived there for 3 months and got evicted because I didnt pay rent and charged me for 3 1/2 months worth of rent and now I have $2000 on my credit from them. They are absolutely ridiculous.

They Came Over Too Our Apartment & Dug Down Beside The Outside Of The Wall Only 4 Ft , Filled It In With Cement & We Told Them The Last Week 2/23/18 Of Feb It Still Is Leaking Due To Half Ass Work. Real Contractors/Construction Would Have Dug All The Mud Up Away From The Building Wear The Closet (Leakage Is Coming Into & Filled It Up 1/4th With The Cement . Then Monday 2/26/18 (Maintenance Guy Miquel ) Finally Comes To Look At The Sink That We Told Them From The First Of Feb . ( NO) Screens In Two Of The Windows , ROBE HOOK, SHOWER ROD , TOLIET PAPER ROLLER , HAND TOWEL ...JUST BATHROOM WAS BLANK . The Kitchen Sink Would Starts Filling Up With Water Without Us Using It Due To Lazyness ...Pouring Grease & To Big Of Junk Food In It ...That On Monday 2/26/18 ...My Fiancee & I Both Went To The Office & Told VERONICA OUR KITCHEN ITS OVERFLOWING ....She Called MIQUEL ....He Tried To Have Excuse To Put It Off Cuz VERONICA SAID WELL CAN'T YOU DO IT AFTERWARDS . So I Said We See There's Pleanty Of Newer Ones & We Ask About A 1bed On The First If Not Second.Then Got Told Ok There's A 2bedrm In Unit A - A8 But Won't Be Available Till Tomorrow . Then It Got Switched To It Was Still Being Remodeled ...Yet After Taking A Week For Us Getting Screw /Lied To & Inn.We See People Moving Into A12. We Ened Up On The 3rd Floor On A Monday Jan,8th.2018 & Still Haven't Got Our Copies Of Papers We Had Signed Or Mail Box Keys . The Ppl Under Us With Kids & No Telling Else Keep Putting Rocks In-between The Entrance Door & I Still Remove Them & Will Continue Collecting /Screenshots.
