This has been a great place to live. Excellent management and very prompt maintenance. Good location and 7 mins to campus by car. 1 BHKs are really spacious. Overall a very happy experience so far in 5 years staying here.

Other than the bus route to Purdue being cumbersome and that the property is a little old, everything else is great here. Cheapest one...

Other than the bus route to Purdue being cumbersome and that the property is a little old, everything else is great here. Cheapest one bedroom apartment. Most understanding and friendly manager and staff. This place is great for pets. There is a trail, place to do BBQ, tennis court, dog park, swimming pool, hot tub, small gym, game room, separate locked mail room with camera, free parking that does not tow cars unless you leave it in roofed paid parking.

Procrastinated finding apartments moving to Indiana and ended up at Pheasant Run my first year here, mistakes were made and I am still dealing with those people three months post-moveout. After that, I would have been content with any apartment quality as long as it was smoke-free and much safer. But I moved in and what needed repaired was communicated to me the first day and fixed quickly. I did not expect to ever feel at home in an apartment complex, but I like it here. I don't really see most of my neighbors, but they seem nice and its quiet. I work odd hours some days, so feeling safe walking around after dark is great. Any questions I have had are answered hella fast; the texting option is unique and convenient. Staff is quite nice and don't treat you like an inconvenience which is a plus. I would recommend any of the Hunter Lafayette properties because they have the best reputation, by far, out of Muinzer and Edward Rose. I have been inside a few of them/know people living in several of their properties, and they had no major complaints to share when I was searching for a new place to stay. I will definitely be staying here until I move states again. 7/5 stars. Great for the grad student budget.
