Unorganized. Carpet needed replaced in our unit and we were supposed to be asked if we wanted it replaced. That's a stupid question really. After we moved in we noticed stains coming through, patchwork replacements, horrible stench when the heat came, etc, etc. Since we moved our things in it is unacceptable that we would have to disrupt our lives and move our animals and move all of our furniture along with other extenuating circumstances they very well know about to get it replaced. The manager states they have emailed the owner and was supposed to be called back regardless on a certain day. I was not called back by anyone and it took my going into the office and speaking to the manager to get any type of response. The response was, of course, the owner hadn't gotten back to them about us having to clean the carpets twice a month since we don't want our lives completely disrupted. Another note, the manager also stated in showing the carpet that the tenants smoked outside, I replied with a statement saying that it was great and hard to find non-smoking apartments nowadays. Now when I complain about the smoke that is seeping into our apartment that I am not supposed to be around I am told by said manager that I never requested to have non-smoking and that if it was a problem that I wouldn't have been given this unit. Furthermore, the apartment itself and amenities within were horrible. I was told these things would be before our move-in date. Dishwasher leaked and heating element was bad, cabinets are still damaged, sink backs up, bathtub didn't drain, fridge smells bad still, we had to clean the floors in the kitchen, paint the closet doors, I could go on and on. Last but not least, a friend of ours had to lawyer up after a rather large leak ruined his tv, bed, ceiling, and other items. The apartments didn't do anything till the lawyer and the owner of the apartments called and chewed them out. Finally getting said friend into a new apartment. Bottom line is, if you expect to get what you pay for then stay away from these apartments.
