Going on 4 years in this complex. Great neighborhood. Great location. Maintenance responds fast. Office never hassles anyone. Definitely check this place out

Id like to say that i live there and was evicted due to supossedly noise complaints from neighbors. Not mentioning i have an 8 month old child that like most kids are noisey and the local neighbor bullet n amy on top of tommy that live beside us made the complaints on us. And we never complained on them for the drinking and ubsentity dirty dancing and language around kids. We made a complaint on one person that was a guest of theirs and this man peed in the pool while my daughter was there so no i guess my review on here wont matter but ppl really do ur research on where u live especially at this place bc u might be the next one getting a noise complaint or something else to get evicted. Thank you for your time.

I am about to finish up my second year lease at Woodview Terrace and I must say that I have truly enjoyed my experience here. Robin and Angela at the office have been phenomenal to me while being here. The whole staff is friendly and I was lucky to get the chance to get to know them on a personal level while dropping off my rent check each month. I have never had to complain about any noises on the property, also all of my neighbors are very kind and down to Earth. I highly recommend checking this place out due what I have previously said in addition to the location convenience and extremely reasonable prices.

I lived there for over a year and they are really on point bout maintenance management and upkeep of their complex
