Autumn Landing

Autumn Landing is family-style apartment living located between Oak Ridge Highway and Clinton Highway. There are 102 apartments with from 1 to 4 bedrooms. Our units offer a scenic view with plenty of trees, onsite laundry facilities, easy access to shopping, restaurants and the complex is walking distance to bus lines and local parks and walking trails. We are in the process of several projects on the property, including installation of security cameras and new windows. We are also a satellite site for Knox County Adult Education’s GED program and offer classes toward obtaining your degree twice per week. Your participation in our community resident association is encouraged to discuss ideas for the growth and continuous improvement of the site. Additionally, our staff organizes a variety of annual events and functions for our residents.
