If you prefer living in a city environment, then the location is good (when there isn't a pandemic + looting). The noise from State Street sometimes seeps into the apartment but , as a light sleeper, it's surprisingly not that bad. The apartment is very spacious and some areas get a very nice amount of sunlight. The issues with this place are mainly that the walls of the apartment are incredibly thin. If someone is showering, doing laundry, doing dishes, or a neighbor was walking down the stairs of the building, you will almost certainly hear it wherever you are in the apartment. It's particularly ridiculous if you're room is next to the bathroom. I've woken up from sleeping countless times only because my roommate showered or brushed their teeth too early in the morning. Another, though more minor issue, is that the Washer/Dryer is really just a Washer. The dryer function is damaged. We did mention this to MPMT and nothing was done. In their defense, it was the only time we told them something was damaged and they did not fix it ASAP and we only told them about it once.) .
