Condo is fully furnished with a complete kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots pans etc, microwave , stove, refrigerator and oven.
Downstairs living room with couches ,flatscreen TV, wood fireplace and washer-dryer
Upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with tub shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom with walk in shower.
No pets per HOA policy
Maximum 4 people
Homeowner will pay HOA fees
All utilties paid by renter
We are looking for someone with Good to Excellent Credit
Pool and Beach are for renters only
Parking space directly in front of unit
One year lease
Currently listed as STR but prefer a lease
