POLICIES & DISCLOSURES
• Advertised "Rent" Rate includes monthly housekeeping and all utilities EXCEPT SNOW PLOW SERVICE, NATURAL
GAS & ELECTRICITY.
• Balance for the entire term is typically due upfront, ahead of move-in.
• Deposit is equal to One Month's Rent.
• Parking for 2 vehicles in the paved, flat driveway. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
• Single bathroom home.
• Single level home but, must climb 3 stairs to get in through the front door.
• AWD/4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months.
• Renter's Insurance required for the duration of the ski lease term.
RATES
Rate includes 2 hours of housekeeping service each month, driveway plow services, keyless entry technology, cable television, internet, water/sewer, trash, parking.
•8 months $3,250/ month (Must start by November)
•7 months $3,325/ month (Must start by October 1st.)
•6 months $3,450/ month (Must start by January)
•5 months $3,775/ month (cannot start after January)
•4 months $4,000/month (cannot start before January)
