No community gives 100%, but They do a very very good job here. I love the food trucks weekly, the gym is amazing and always clean., the ladies in the office always share a laugh with me and the maintenance guys are ok with me. I've had a few minors issues but nothing that would cause me to want to leave. Def will keep recommending, and y'all keep the food trucks coming :) I love it here!!!

I was a bit hesitant because of the reviews but thank goodness I took the chances ! Completely new staff in the office- great customer service. Im in the process of selling my home so that process is taking a while but they showed me all the apartments I was interested in and gave me the starting rates of the homes. I cant say enough of the customer service I received. Thank you Asheville For helping me make up my mind of what apartment I will be going to after selling my home. Take the chance and tour this place- you will not regret it at all!!

I am extremely satisfied with my home here at Century Westway Park. From the very beginning, I was treated warmly by the staff when I came to tour. The grounds are beautiful, well kept, and quiet-very peaceful. Ms. Ernestine, the lady who gave me her time and a tour of the grounds, is absolutely exceptional. Her continued communication with me (via emails and phone calls) was extremely professional and efficient. It was her personality that really sold me on this property and trust each step moving forward. I will forever be grateful for Ms. Ernestine and the way she helped me walk through each step. Two other ladies, Ms. Shareeta and Ms. Jill are always so helpful and positive as well. I enjoy seeing any of these ladies as I pass through to check my mail or drop off rent. As for the apartment itself-I love my beautiful home and couldnt be happier! I recommend The Century Westway Park to anyone looking for a beautiful safe haven to come home to every night after fulfilling their daily tasks. I can honestly say this has been one of my top favorite places Ive lived. I absolutely adore my new home. Thank you for helping my beautiful home dream come true.
