We do not go here very often but we stopped by to grab a quick dinner. I had to repeat my order probably five times and I never have to do that anywhere else. When I went up to pay she gave me part of my food order and said have a good day. That's a big lie means that their part is done so we started to drive away. The lady stuck her head out the window and screamed at us to stop so we stopped. She said she was not done giving us our order. There was quite a bit of attitude to go along with this. I'm giving it a 4-star rating because one the food was good and to she didn't let us leave without giving us our full order. However, I could only imagine how a place would be like this if they had an amazing customer service! A place like this that has good food could do amazing things if all they had was exceptional customer service period after all that's why people shop at Publix.
I don't ever leave 1 stars, this place is horrid. Natasha b was the rudest server I've met. Let alone got most of the order wrong.

When I showed the manager the mistake he told me I should have said two for 4..other wise he won't ring it up that way and it's not their fault because they don't have common Sense. Then he said he couldn't give me a discount because I used a card...I know that's a lie because I know Tasha and she work there...lol...but I really could not believe how I was being treated...I was trying not to curse him out....and this man asked me why are u staring at me and just blinking at me???? Because I really was not trying to stoop to his level...omg I will never eat from here again

There was 1 truck in front of me (only had a sm bag of food) and 1 person on the other side who ordered after me & the truck ahead of me (they left before us also). There was no way for me to leave. And when I got up there, the cashier or manager never apologized. The cashier swiped my card & handed it back THEN said "give me your card back" (so she could reswipe). My food was mediocre. I WAS VERY FRUSTRATED. Worst place I have been to in awhile. I'm glad not all checkers are like that.

Always the best hot seasoned fries in town. And their Apple Pie milkshake actually has one of their WHOLE Apple pies in it!!!

Manager was really rude served us cold food and still caught an attitude of it wasn't for Antonio saving the day his attitude was better than alright he knows how to treat customers I give Antonio a five but the rest of the store and people attitude no we sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes before they opened the second lane then Antonio made sure we were the first car to get into the open lane just to get cold food from the hands of manager ..then he says we just open how can it be cold cause you all opened 1 and half hours ago when this was cookked everybody but me wanted McDonald and I convinced everyone to checkers and look at the experience of it wasn't for Antonio I probably would never eat there again ... He apologized for the managers disrespect and ask if I would not let that stop us from returning

I order my food fresh waited over ten minutes for what i thought would be fresh ..fries was so cold like they took them out the freezer and put them in the bag every condiment i didnt want was on the burger and my fish sandwhich was broken in piece so i came back thur the drive thur and thought i was going to get my food made the right way being i already paid my money.. She took the food back trashed it gave me some of my money back and shut the door so i got out and walked up to the window she tell me she not giving me my money slam the glass and told me to get away....i gave back the food so you so yo mean to tell me you not gone give me a full refund so she called the police cause i wouldn leave just long story short dont spend ya hard worked money here they act like you need them...i never been to a place that get mad cause you want your food that you pay for fresh she definitely in the wrong business...she wouldnt give me the gm number when i asked for it so when the police came she gave it to me then but when i called the number the next morning its like a fax machine so she gave me the wrong number..after this reveiw hpoefully i can get a real number to the gm or a response from some one over her

This is the 2nd time I've been spoken down to at this store (35th and University in Gainesville). When I called them on it they offered me an apple pie. I chose. It to take the pie because I thought it would mean that I would be encouraging bad behavior.

Unfortunately we were the 3rd car in line, and both took a long time to get their orders. Once we got up to the window, the food was ready, but it took over 5 minutes to get the two shakes brought out to us.

Had to wait an additional 5 to 7 minutes after ordering to get food. Yet people ordering after me received it first. Food tasted great though.

I got a water cup with my order and the water took forever as they were relaxing. The woman handed it to me by the lid. It spilled over my arm and she giggled like she was blasted out of her mind. There is a reason that the mcdonalds across the street is packed and they are vacant.

Today I waited about 10 minutes, and when I got home the sandwiches were completely squished and my mom's fish was overcooked so badly she was unable to eat it. I have worked in fast food before so I know it's no fun, but I expect edible food.
