What a lovely place to live with family. We moved here a month back from a different country and we love it here. Location is so convenient, community is great, most importantly the leasing office and maintenance teams are easily approachable and extremely helpful. Right from my first interaction, Alexa answered all my questions and continues to respond to every single query with utmost patience and care. The best leasing agent I've met! I've had similar experience of interacting with Deanna and the maintenance team (Caleb and Rodolfo). They are quick and will provide you with the right solution. Thank you to the entire team for making our move smooth and for all the great work you all are doing!

The leasing office team at Eaves is great. I recently moved to the community from out of state, all the staff of the leasing team assisted me in scheduling remote tours of the unit, answering all my questions as I did not have opportunity to do in person tour of the community. Special shout-out and Kudos to Deanna. Deanna is the best leasing agent I've worked with.
The maintenance staff is great. They take care of all the residents needs and are very prompt in the response and resolving any issues.
Very peaceful community, located in proximity to all the places: grocery stores, bank, pharmacy.
