Lived here for 1.3 years on second floor with neighbor below and top of us. Had few issues like from the top floor my neighbors dog used to pee from balcony which was coming directly on our balcony multiple times so for entire month we could not use our balcony or even open it. Flies started coming and we could not even open our windows later. Honestly management should have helped us faster but they took a lot of time in talking to the neighbor and then doing a power wash of all the patios. After that we faced issues from neighbor below us thumping on our ceiling whenever my kids used to run or make any noise. On few occurrences we faced issues with dogs not being on lease in this community. My wife screamed and almost hurt herself with dog coming to her all of a sudden in dark when she was coming home. Another issue is ongoing construction. Please make sure when you sign lease to any old homes when is the timeline to get it upgraded. Although we were made aware of this construction before signing the lease but we did not had any idea about the impact of it. It will definitely bother you for 2-3 weeks when workers will enter your house to replace the windows and do painting and all day you will hear banging of house from outside when they will replace the wood of the exterior. Very difficult to work or for kids to do online schools. Good thing about this apartment and our stay was Sabrina the leasing agent. She will try to go above and beyond to help you but for few things she also depends on upper management and she cannot solve all issues like the dog pee issue even if she wanted to. Another good thing about this community is their maintenance team. They are super helpful and fast.

The community is amazing! Sabrina is very helpful and acts on any concerns we share, doesnt just listen. Neighbors are friendly too. There also are spaces for children for short quick play on days we cant go to the park and sure to meet other kids. I have lived in another Avalon community before which has better reviews but I prefer Avalon Fremont to that although it was more accessible to bart and shops.

Beautiful environment, pet friendly community, great gym and pool, nice people around here! I moved in Avalon in 2021 during quarantine, the lady Sabrina helped me a lot with my tour and moving in and that was a great experience! I live in 1st floor but it's pretty quite you don't get noises all day long. Maintenance is also fast (in one day). I love the high ceiling in the room and also the balcony where I can plant some flowers. My cats also enjoy life here. That is why I recommended my friend also come here and she does. We all enjoy living here

I lived in Avalon Fremont from Sept 2020-March 2022. Avalons grounds are always maintained and clean. As a dog owner, I appreciated the well-kept outdoor areas. The staff is dedicated to keeping an appealing environment for the tenants to enjoy. I was impressed by how prompt the maintenance crew were in responding to requests. Most of the time they came the same day I put in a service request. The office staff are super friendly and helpful. One staff member, Sabrina, always went out of her way to greet me and my dog. She was very attentive to my concerns and genuinely made me feel like she was listening to me and working on a quick solution. I will miss chatting with her whenever we ran into one another. I enjoyed having such friendly office and maintenance staff around me. I would recommend Avalon to my friends and family. I enjoyed my units extra features like the fireplace and vaulted ceilings. There are also large washers and dryers in the unit. Those extra touches made Avalon stand out to me and want to apply when I was searching for an apartment in Fremont.
