I have to tell you the office staff here is awesome. Lisa is always welcoming and Attentive. She tries her hardest to accommodate everybody in the community. But with the staff she has is very difficult to get everything done when needed but she does get it done. The community here is very welcoming great neighbors everybody my daughter and I have met Ive been very nice and sweet. This establishment welcomed my pet with open arms and I had a pity. So thank you Lisa and thank you to all your staff for the hard work you do

I went to the leasing office today on my lunch break and the women i spoke with there was so sweet understanding,very clear she completely understood i was in a rush. This women literally put everything down she was doing just to help me. I will be coming back. Thanks

BEWARE!!! Read through end! All the good reviews are from previous management. Since the new propertys owners came its been nothing but drama and problems with not only myself but multiple other families here. Wrote a bad review months ago and was harassed to take it down. When they came they couldnt find my ledger after it was sent to them over 4 times they sent me eviction notices every month for 2 -3 months because of a mistake on their end I pay rent monthly on time like every other resident. The managers including corporate were very rude in process and when they found their mistakes months later I didnt get a simple apology. Too add to the bs Ive spoken with the assistant management weeks about renewing lease she told me I was good to do so that Im a good tenant and never had any other problems from me she told me about upcoming units and everything I spoke with her the day before and she told me she would help and that I will be able to renew . That was on 7/19 now on 7/20 she and two other randoms come banging on my door like the police at 6pm at night while enjoying dinner with my family only to tell me that because of background she cant renew my lease mind you my lease is up 7/31 . they gave me 10 days to find a new place to live for me ,my pregnant Fiancee and my esa animal to up and find a new place with no advanced notice but 10 days , after prior telling me I was good to renew or even move to a bigger unit. Dont waste your time they care more about their rep then the actual tenants. Several other tenants feel and are dealing with the exact same thing. Very heartless and not even sure if they have legal grounds to do so. Find somewhere else if I were you. Lisa is very discriminatory and hired a Hispanic assistant to speak with the minorities. Several people have complained about Lisa and the assistant even agreed.
