This place absolutely sucks do not rent here. We can't get anything fixed have been harrass from day one. Angel Lewis is a pos she is at the office at all hours God knows what she's doing and has her family doing everything for the apartments. They were going in my apartment without my permission IIhave videos to proceed this , an who knows what they were doing stealing or being nosey. I slept with a loaded gun the last 2 Months I was there. She never fixed anything and you never got her on the phone you got Janice who tried to charge me for a utility bill twice scammers are all they are. Stay clear!!!

I moved in on September 29, 2017. One of the worse mistakes Ive ever made. My stove and refrigerator were trash, angel told me for months I would get a new set. I finally did in January because I threatened to break my lease and get a lawyer because they allowed me to move in with poor conditions and no means to really refrigerate food. I had issues with my neighbors drug trafficking and always arguing. They swore for two months something would be done. Nothing was ever done to the point where my two year old son and I walked outside and he attempted to pick up a USED NEEDLE outside. I called about that multiple times. I than had issues with my sons dad and he was showing up to my house and harassing me with the police unable to catch him. I broke my lease 3 months early due to protection issues for my son and I. Angel and Janice refused even after having legal documentation about my sons father and how serious it was for us to leave for our protection to allow me out of my lease. They said I would have to pay the rest of my lease out plus a extra two month relet fee. Which mind you the house was left in the same condition it was when I moved except for even better. I done a better cleaning job than they did. I had to take pictures of the place after I left just to make sure angel didnt try anything else. I repeat DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THEM. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!

I didnt read the reviews before moving in big mistake. Cant get anything fixed when you ask. We live in a wooded area and have been harassed for over a month with people in the woods. We get woke up at 2 and 3 in the morning. We have called Fairborn cops and nothing happens they cant find them. Who ever installed the blinds did a terrible job they started falling down as soon as we moved in. The stove is ridiculous we have 3 burners and one the the pan sits crooked doesnt cook right. I was told they would put a screen door up when I moved in but now its not happening because I was told an engineer has to do it not the maintenance prople please really. Angel the lady that runs the place must think were stupid. So do your research on this place before moving in! We now sleep with a loaded gun every night. My lease is up soon thank god I can get out of this place!

She claims she was going to get me a new fridge for 2 months and every week she says it should be here at the end of the week. THEY PUT NOTICES ON YOUR DOOR THE DAY OF! Stating that someone will be in our home instead of a 48 hour notice. And we come home noticing that someone was in our home! When moving in paint touch ups needed to be done it was sunflower seeds everywhere! ITS DECEMBER AND PAINT TOUCH UPS STILL ARENT FIXED FROM JULY! I have to turn the knobs on my sink backwards to turn my faucet on! And the carpet smelt like meldew for so long i was buying carpet refreshers and vacuuming before she resolved the issue. AFTER I WENT INTO HER OFFICE CRYING BECAUSE OF THE HORRID SMELL SHE FINALLY GOT NEW CARPET! She got tired of my complaining and constant pop ups to her office she called the police and got me and my fianc banned from ever going to her office. Now i cant pay my bills unless I mail them down the street! And can only conversation with her over the phone! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND I AM FLABBERGASTED ON THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED! I WISH I DIDNT HAVE TO EVEN PUT ONE STAR! She is never here when my apartment needs servicing but i see her in the office at 2 am with her boyfriend, or son car outside who made racial slurs at me and my fianc! Workers in the office have blown smoke in my face , cursed at me and totally disrespect me. PLEASE DONT DO IT! If you live on the top floor your spending about 6,900 not including utilities a year for an area that will never respect or do the things they need to do! DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY! RUN AWAY! AND ITS A MOUSE OR RAT STUCK IN MY WALLS RUNNING AROUND SCRATCHING THE CEILING NIGHT AND DAY SINCE OCTOBER AND ITS DECEMBER I BELEIVE I CAN HEAR MULTIPLE AND ITS STILL NOT RESOLVED!
