This place is a hell hole. Lived here through college and fully regret it. It's a VERY dangerous area. On a nightly basis your car will be broken into if it's unlocked (their too scared to bust a window). You will also see nightly/daily drug deals in the parking lot. On a monthly basis you will also hear gun shots. Over the course of 4 years we personally had our front porch taped off by police twice looking for bullet shells. As you can imagine with the area there are a lot of schizophrenic homeless people wondering around at all hours of the night and day...mostly just yelling at themselves but sometimes they will approach you. At one point some tenants whom lived on the corner of a building used their window by the exit to run fast food style drug deals. Most of the tenants don't work (they live off the government) and those who do work it's nothing respectable. The place is full of domestic violence that you will hear through your walls as if their non-existent. It's NOT a safe environment for children. We have caught tenants in the SECURED laundry facility trying to steal quarters and steal laundry (we have police reports on one incident). The management flat out doesn't care. Their slum lords. They will let anyone and everyone live in their community. They take no pride in their property and it show's. In no way, shape, or form should any college student consider this place as a home. The cheap rent is NOT worth it. You truly get what you pay for. If your not from the area like we were you should consider looking deeper into Kettering or Centerville. Even if the area was good and respectable tenants lived in the community the apartments are beyond old and have ancient appliances. I'm pretty sure we had a hot water heater from the 70's that barely worked. You can't even cook because the exhaust fans don't work. You can hear right through the walls and ceilings. I recommend checking out some of the available police reports for the addresses listed for the complex. Your jaw will hit the floor! I'd also suggest looking at the shocking amount of rapists that live in the immediate area. Again, not safe, out-dated, incompetent management who is NEVER around and condescending, and low life tenants.

It really sucks that I even have to give this place one star. They don't even deserve a rating at all. This is the worst place I have ever lived. The management is very unprofessional, they won't return your calls and are never in the office or there for you when you need them. There management literally stole our rent we worked for to pay and cashed it without telling anyone and tried to pocket the money. Nothing about this place is what we asked for or were told about before moving in. They advertise having washer and dryer hook ups in every apartment and that is a complete lie. We don't have one and never get anything done. Now our lease is about to be up and we were told to vacate within 27 days. Not even a 30 day notice and no reason can be given to us. I hope you guys are happy about the way you do business with residents. I'm so over this place. Please, whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
