Just thought that by posting a work order that ive had for MONTHS in this review then maybe yall will look at it and send someone to fix it ASAP!!!!! Ive try calling many times!! Ive done soo many work orders but nothing is being done!!

I leased here for one year. Paid my rent on time every time & a few months before the lease was up I asked...

I leased here for one year. Paid my rent on time every time & a few months before the lease was up I asked about a larger apartment. I was then informed that I may not move to a larger one due to unavailability as well as my own apartment is not up for renewal due to the fact that they had already leased it to someone else. Fast forward to moving day I turn in the keys and leave. A few weeks after I realize I have a outstanding balance of way more than my monthly rent. I call and am informed I needed to provide a 60 day notice of me not renewing my lease. Considering that I was informed I was unable to renew why on earth would they need a written notice? This apartment complex does not care about residents. They only care about what they think doing their job is. Once again we followed every rule and even made the effort to stay. Playing on technicalities is not how you do customer service.

What a useless apartment so far by trying to rip people off their rent always, please always keep a copy of your money order or docs whenever you re making payment otherwise you will pay rent twice in a month.. This is one of the major reasons why most people keep moving outta this apartment by employing unprofessional, rude, disrespectful people at the front desk by a lady named (Lauren) was so saucy and walking residents out of the office by not attending to them and unprofessional

They never answer the phone and take really long to do maintenance orders. Then when they do come they don't even try to fix...

They never answer the phone and take really long to do maintenance orders. Then when they do come they don't even try to fix the issue they just say its already fixed but it is not. Its like they don't want to fix it right. Also some individuals in the front office are really unprofessional. I tried to live here in peace and even recommended the place to my sister and mom but management makes simple things really complicated.
