Stay in the Pavillion 14 years and I must say I loved every second of it .I wish I could return to what will always be consider as home.The construction never bother me I guess because it was done over million time staying here.But I very impressed with the new look inside the apartment.I remember that time our hot water heater bust they put us in a room the first night after we was ofter the model apartment until ours was completed.I have lived in the 3 different apartments out there start in 3000 ended in 2000.Very safe and sound.I could write a book on this place to be honest so I guess I would stop here.

Don't be surprised when you get extra charges every month that wasn't agreed upon. -once you leave they'll tell you owe them a bunch of money when you don't. - good luck ever getting ahold of them. They never answer there phone calls or return your messages -bugs..... I spent more money on killing bugs than my rent. -be ready to listen to construction In the apartments at 6 am. Pounding, banging ect l. When you go ask what time they can start working they tell you 8. When you show them a recording/proof of them at 6 am they deny it. - it smells like rotten moldy socks. -flooding. When it rains it will find its way in and your stuff will get destroyed --parking is pathetic This business is the biggest scam and joke I've ever came across. This place is pathetic and there are so many other places you can stay. Don't let this place make your life a living hell. Don't be stressed out all the time from trying to be screwed over a regular basis. If you are looking for the worst apartment place in Columbia. This is the place for you! If you don't believe me walk around the place and ask a current resident. Didn't meet one person who didn't feel the same way.

The staff is wonderful and ready to help. The renovations are coming along nicely and the workers do their best to keep from being an inconvenience. Sure, they sometimes have to get in the way, but it's a small price to pay for the improvements. There are community events that help to allow you to meet your neighbors, and the staff remembers who you are and even which apartment you have. This is a great place that is working on becoming even better.

This is worst apartments to live in, they take multiple requests to complete issue. They charge more rent. Maintenance is worst, Gym is having minimal facilities. Gate is always open no proper security. Building door Never Closed with poor Maintenance and Lift is Very Old. It was a average place until management was changed last year. They don't stand on their words before moving apartments But before a day to my move they said it's not approved they will make excuses and show us as if we are done mistakes. Asked party hall before 2 months and they agreed give but before 2 days party they changed their version completely and they party hall not available after regular follow ups, I immediately booked other party hall which cost me 400 $ , Party hall only for management. Above is example how irresponsible they are. The people they hire to do maintenance and to do renovations are terrible and rude. We have to follow multiple times to resolve the issue. Also there are about 100's of speed bumps that have ruined my struts and assembly in my car. New Apartments rent is Sudden Rise 900 to 1200 (with 1200 Rent i can buy New House with these installments) GreyStar Looks only cares about having there good reviews and Money Workers unprofessional and inhumane, since they have to continue drilling into the walls and my pregnant wife always felt uncomfortable. We are just now available to move, because they have not compensated us for ANY of this inconvenience I pay for covered parking suddenly some keep board on car say car will be towed. if i ask management they had no clue who kept board. but board say Vista Towers Teams Good Review might be paid reviews I'm moving out soon Very Bad Experiance Overall. No communication what so ever to tenants. If you're out of town and something has to be taken care of then too bad, because they don't send emails, only put paper in your door. Good luck if you decide to live here. Good Place Loose your Money without having proper facilities with stinky smell all over.(Not worth money)

Very bad experience. I lived here for more than 1yr. I just want to share my experience with admistration recently. I usually pay rent online, this month being long weekend processing was delayed and due to some reason online payment was denied. I went to pay rent next day(2days late for payment) and they charged me 135$ extra for rent being late even though I paid rent ontime but the online payment was denied. I talked to them and pleased them that would be alot of money for no mistake of mine. Administration was like no we cannot waive you late fee talk with your bank why payment was delayed. Inspite of me requesting they were very harsh. They did not even consider this is the first time it happned and It was bank thing that was a problem. PS: I asked few people who had this issue in past but usually they waive first time but new management is very harsh and never understood my concern.

The gates are inoperable, there are holes in the fence, and construction has awakened the first three months and a half of my child's life. The company Greystar took over, and without apology has made the residents lives unbearable. They are unprofessional and inhumane, since they have allowed Mccrory to continue drilling into the walls and waking my newborn. We are just now available to move, because they have not compensated us for ANY of this inconvenience! The only thing that they have allowed is for us to end our contract, sooner. Both companies have been reported to the Better Business Bureau, and I encourage anyone else to be aware of their unethical practices. Neither company lives up to their supposed values.

While I am extremely happy to see that these apartments are finally getting the makeover they desperately need, it has been a nightmare to live here during it. At first the new management transition was a struggle, there were issues with the old management and how they charged, but new management never conveyed those issues to me until after they left me a notice that I still owed them, but it has gotten better. The construction is probably the biggest headache, and I wish I would have been able to break my lease or something. The most stressful part of my morning is usually just getting out of the complex to go to work or class. Usually a construction truck is blocking me in, and of course they are usually all standing there watching me struggle. Because of them taking up certain spots it has caused moving vehicles to end up blocking me in as well some mornings because they need somewhere to park. Then just trying to get out of the gate can be a nightmare because of construction stuff blocking the roadways. The noise is tolerable for me, but sometimes it does suck when it starts early in the morning and its hallway work. While they did give us notice about water being shut off once a week in the mornings it can be an inconvenience for me as a student since my day for shut off I didn't have to leave till later, and sometimes I'd forget so I'd wake up and have no water. Honestly, if you're looking to live here, wait until after all of the construction is done. It's going to be really nice but its just been a giant headache right now and I can't wait to move out.

No water 1 day a week for the last month till next month. The list goes on and on with no reduction in rent. Wait till the construction is done or look elsewhere. Not what I was promised. Currently not worth the money.

Dawn in the office is rude, and never even processed our application but sure enough cashed our check... Now they don't answer any of our calls or emails.... She will be hearing from my attorney!!

I've been at PT for 3 years going on 4. I LOVE PT. I go to USC and I never had a problem studying. It's a quiet environment. The facilities are always clean and well kept. The apartments are nice and spacious (I lived in a one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom) Management is great (except for Chris who is rarely there). The residents are typically grad students or professionals. And the pool parties in the summer are extremely fun, especially since they are sponsored by management. Its 2 minutes away from campus and EVERYTHING is within a 5 mile radius. I LOVE IT!!!

I love living at the Pavilion Towers. It's close to all of the restaurants and parks downtown and in Five Points. It's a very convenient drive to USC, and not a bad drive to get to the shopping at Harbison. Basically, the location is great. I find the grounds and apartments to be nice and well-kept. Any issues I've had have been solved fairly quickly and are done right the first time. The staff is very friendly and seems awesome compared to other apartment staff I have dealt with. It's true, parking can be a problem. But for me the location and the ambiance of living in the city make that detail excusable.

I have had things STOLEN out of my apt by the crew, who is allowed keys and are able to enter without management supervision, and I now have drywall caked onto my TV, and belongings because they were careless, along with the work starting at 8 a.m. with jackhammers and drills. DON'T LIVE HERE UNTIL CONSTRUCTION IS OVER!
