Lived here for the past 3 years, going on 4 years. Whenever I have issues with my apartment, my concerns and questions have always been answered in a timely manner. Rooms are spacious and are a great deal for living right on campus with on-site parking as well as with all of the amenities such as the pool, gym, movie theater, and grills. Also never had an issue with roaches or bugs that are a common occurrence at other apartments/dorms in the Columbia area. It is clean and well-taken care of. I've lived in the Devine and Greene buildings, and I've loved my experience so far. I would highly recommend living at this location if you want to feel safe, appreciated, and welcomed at all times.

I have some words to share with the community. My experience in this apartment complex was downright disappointing. My parents spent an extremely unnecessary amount of money on a glorified dorm room. The infastructure is pitiful; one of my roommates was injured by a potruding nail in the wall. The paint chips if you look at it too hard.
In addition, the maintenance staff is not required to wear uniforms, so whenever they enter - without knocking - how are you supposed to know if someone is breaking into your apartment or coming to fix one of the many problems in your apartment?
As for the management of this complex, you would hope for timely responses on important questions such as summer housing or your Carolina Card not working to let you into the overpriced parking garage. Instead, you receive the answering machine 10/10 times. I guarantee if you call them now, they will probably not answer. This problem would be mitigated if they didnt just staff students.
During end of the semester move out, they cut out access to the parking garage. When we called the number provided for assistance, I was essentially told I was SOL.
I hate to be a negative person, which may not seem that way with this review, but I have never been so dissatisifed with an establishment, especially one that accumulates so much revenue.
I will say, though, the location is great.

650 Lincoln is a great place to live. The quick commute to classes, amenities, and friendly management staff makes 650 a perfect home away from home. One of my favorite aspects about this apartment complex is its interactions with the residents through different events they plan! Highly recommend 650 Lincoln!!

Living here is fantastic. 650 is within walking distance of the Vista, and provides an assortment of amenities. The building houses several restaurants, each with its own unique style, and the proximity to Colonial Life is extremely convenient for concerts, basketball games, or other events.
It doesn't hurt that there are pool tables, too
Awesome view,great location,great staff

Don't get me wrong this place is nice, modern, and convenient. In my opinion the cons for sure out weigh the pros. Pros: close to the business school, strom, colonial center, it's very modern, and parking is convenient. Cons: you're definitely paying for the location, rooms are WAY TOO SMALL, it doesn't even feel like an apartment, internet NEVER works, you have to use your Carolina Card for literally EVERYTHING so if you lost it then that sucks, athletes think that they rule the building. I was told I could mount my tv in my bedroom only to find out that maintenance does not do that kind of work and I would have to pay for the damage done if I were to mount it myself. Management can be kind of rude and never respond to emails that's for sure. If you're looking into 650 based on the location I would look at Palmetto Compress, Green Crossing or Park Place where all of those are also close to the business school and public health school. Rent is just way too much for you get.

650 Lincoln is simply the best. It is a luxurious on campus apartment complex that encompasses everything that a college student could ever want. It is in a location where all classes are accessible by foot (not having to worry about Columbia's horrible parking). It has a nice pool, some of the finest restaurants and retail stores located in the building. 650 Lincoln is a place like no other! Also, the management team is helpful and a joy to come in contact with. I encourage every USC student to live here.

650 Lincoln is a very convenient place to live. I am able to walk to all of my classes in under 20 minutes. Plus, it is right across the street from greek village! I am able to go over there for my meals and not have to worry about being late. The study rooms are useful for when I need some quiet. However, the game rooms and pool are perfect for when I have guest over.

Awesome living space on campus! I'm a business student so having 650 Lincoln right next to Darla Moore is very convenient. It's also right next to the Colonial Life Arena so I can walk a super short distance to all the basketball games! I love that it has a pool and a movie theater so I have fun things to do when my friends come over. The management team is also wonderful and very friendly. Best place I've lived at on campus so far!
