Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Electricity and internet are tenant responsibility. Well water, yard care, and trash removal are included. Heat is central heat and air. Pets are negotiable with owner approval. There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent for each approved pet. Age and breed restrictions apply.
