Rent is $525 PER PERSON for two people or $1,050 for one individual taking the whole unit. The rental price includes water/sewer and lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi, trash hauling, propane and electricity. This unit does include a stack washer and dryer. This unit has an electric mini split for both heat and air conditioning as well as a propane fireplace. Pets are allowed (upon approval) with a pet fee of $30 per month per approved pet (limit 2 pets). Online rent payments. Lease to start on August 5th, 2024 ad run through July 28th, 2025. Both tenants for the unit go on the same lease, we do not offer individual leases for our houses/duplexes.
Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and $325 refundable security deposit is due. Fees are per person. If only one tenant is leasing the entire unit, leasing fees are the $200 non-refundable administration fee and $850 refundable security deposit.
