Comprised of buildings dating back to 1864, The Mattress Factory is a unique and fascinating mixed-use complex, with approximately 125,000 square feet of creative commercial space and 218 loft residences.
Natural light emanating from steel frame industrial windows illuminates floor plans, which vary from affordable loft studios to spacious two bedroom homes.
