I have had a roach infestation since March of this year from two vacant infested units that have been sitting neglected for months. I work from home and the office staff Jyll, Chris Clark, and the supervisor Katrina have repeatedly ignored me or refused to work with me on treatment. I can not Take off work to leave my home for 4 hours so i had repeatedly request s treatment to be completed on Monday days off. Now Im being told i refused treatment. I have pictures of one of the nasty vacant units the issue is coming rom thats been vacant about 4 months now. Macdonald Realty is a joke Ive contacted city code enforcement and the attorney general. Do not move to any of their apartment and please do no work for this company.

Been here since April 20 2018. This place really would have been a good place, but something so small and tiny problem could have been fix. I park my car in a cover spot in front of my building I forgot that if you don't pay extra 20 more that you can't park right there. As human's we forget little things so my car got towed for parking in the wrong spot. Now I been parking in the same spot for 26 days in nobody said anything about me parking there. So this morning on way to work my car was towed by my own apartment manager like reallyyyy. Like what was the harm of anybody just saying hey can you moved your car or you not supposed to be parking right there. Like this world really fxxx crazy. Ppl don't care the crazy things about it is . Where I was park it was in front of my apartment so you telling me that I got to park a couple of spaces down just to get to my apartment. Crazy

I've been staying here for 8 months and I have had no problem as far as maintenance goes. They fixed my light fixture and washroom door in a timely manner. The staff is friendly. I just don't like that my lease is going up.

Wonderful, friendly place to live, I've been here 3 years now and never had a single problem, the staff is so friendly and wonderful, maintenance is on top of everything, Rivet Legacy park is 5 mins away down the street, so is Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. Great location to live.

Having been here over 4yrs., I've not had any issues that weren't addressed promptly and with integrity. I love that the quietness and serenity is enforced. Seeing the security each night makes me feel safe with my family. The office and maintenence staff is very professional, hardworking and understanding. They really make you feel welcomed and the free coffee is great!! I also love the fact they there is always some sort of community activity for the residents each month. I love this place we call...HOME.

I've been here 7 months, and everything has been great! The apartments are beautiful and the floor plans are spacious (including the patios). When I moved in, the apartment was SPOTLESS, and whenever I've had a request, they've responded very quickly. I feel safe here with security on duty, and my neighbors are great. The biltmore are quiet and peaceful. I feel everything i requeste are handled quickly and diplomatically by the leasing office. I would recommend to any friends or family of mine. Thank you !!

We absolutely love it here, it is quiet and management gets any issues taken care of ASAP. We keep signing new leases and putting off getting a house because were so comfortable here. If you have any issues management or maintenance takes care of it ASAP, plus we have a new courtesy officer that is amazing. We dont have any of the issues with crime and disturbances like other properties i have lived at over the years.

Lived here for a year, staff was unprofessional, my pet deposit was "lost/misplaced" so I was told that I never paid it. Ants were never taken care of, when it rained, the water would seep through the floor. Do not recommend, there are nicer complexes for less around the area.

This place was terrible to live in. The management always made broken promises and constantly forgot about deals we had made regarding rent and even moving out. The security sucks, my boyfriends car got broken into while living here and we had multiple issues with the people around us which included our Amazon package for a computer getting stolen. Our apartment flooded at least four times and we were barely taken care of, we also had the toilets break repeatedly and the sink in our bathroom clog up to the point where we started washing our hands with the shower. We also had so many nasty pests including a rat! The amount you pay to live here is ridiculous especially when they dont have much to offer and like to constantly harass you over money owed. No one let us know that we had to do certain things when we were ready to move out and they charged us for things that made no sense. When it came closer to our move out date they sent a notice for eviction but we were already in the process of moving out?? This has overall been such a trashy experience and i definitely do not recommend anyone staying here because its certainly not worth the trouble you WILL have.

We lived at the Biltmore for a year. When we first moved in, the apartment was very clean and we had brand new carpet. Whenever there was a problem that needed to be fixed, someone came to take care of it that same day or the very next day. Staff were very nice and we loved the location. The laundry facility wasn't great, but there is a laundromat a block away from the apartments. We did experience roaches, but the complex sprayed for us and there are ways to keep it under control. Overall, we had a great experience with the staff, apartment, neighbors and location!

If you choose to live here, probably because you deserve it. The biggest problems are the pest issue and the management issue. The first day I arrived I saw 5 more dead roaches lying in the fridge and live roaches crawling in the kitchen sink. Then I saw roaches everyday in the kitchen and the bathroom, and I killed one ant a day in the bedroom area. One of the managers, Maggie I think? She never honestly answered my questions for some reason. I can certainly bare with issues like the dirty laundry room, loud kids, and no gym, but I couldn't stand with seeing roaches and ants everyday. So if you are really short on budget or you don't pay too much attention to your living environment, this apartment can provide your a floor to sleep, but if you care where you live for at least 6 months, please don't live here.

I lived there for several months and I had the worst experience someone went through my apartment when I was gone and no one did anything about it. I wouldn't recommend them to Anyone. Rent was ridiculous for the treatment that I received. So like many others have said. DON'T LIVE THERE! They don't work with the tenants if they fall onto hard times. Just saying! Don't waste your time here.

honestly-don't. lived here for 2 years/2 months. crazy neighbors, my truck was vandalized and towd. 3 management changes in 2 years and one ownership change. allways paid rent on time/ fell behind in December. -than paied, than they refused my rentcheck, on the 2ed of January demanding all latecharges that they addet up incorrectly. than agreed on the 10 to pay the rent plus 100, they took the money order of 700 dollars and 4 days later demandet more money wisch where late charges and false charges. now they are evicting me anyways. ignoring the agreement. very noisy lately. energy bills are high because the apartments are not insulatet at all,don t move into building 9. it has a nasty tenant with bedbugs that is by polar and swears and curses all the time.
