The office is never open not even during business hours. I went at different times at different days. The side gate was locked so I couldn't get to the office door. Bad business but it made it easy to decide my next home

I was so excited to move in my new apartment here the manager is so nice and its quite...I just had a few issues moving in my unit was not done when I received my keys I had to pay my own cleaning lady to come out and clean it she found a lot of things dirty in the unit. I got over all of that I was happy until I kept seeing little bugs and the apartment is clean I sprayed bug spray every where but its not regular bugs I reached my limit last night when I saw two snakes in my living room I couldn't even sleep I've never had a snake any place I've lived I was horrified I can't get my own pest control I have to wait until the apartments pest control can fix. I was really happy to move here now I'm just sad.

I can admit the complex seemed nice and quiet, which initially intrigued me to apply. I was excited about possibly relocating here. However if you've ever had any evictions from 4+ years ago or ever, don't waste your time or money. Sandra did not know anything about her job. She didn't know which apartments were available/not available, which should have been a red flag.Unfortunately I wasted over $500 dollars with these money hungry people for absolutely NOTHING! I was told per Sandra on 4/22 that as long as I put down my deposit they could hold the apartment for me and they have a "second chance leasing program" and that I would only have to pay a higher deposit. I agreed to that and left . The following Monday I received a call from Kim stating that they do not accept any evictions no matter how old they are and never have, which I would have been okay with as long as I was told that PRIOR to paying over $500 to them in money orders, in which I wasted time and money and was not reimbursed as I was told I would be. I'm very disgusted with the lack of communication and knowledge with this office staff Kim has employed. Kim, you need to train your staff appropriately so these issues won't occur in the future! All this could have been avoided if you had knowledgeable people running your office in your absence!

Awesome place to live very quiet and Kim the complex manager is the best maintaining the complex and insuring the renters needs are met, Also the maintenance (Roy) is excellent fixing the issues in the complex. Thanks Kim and Roy you guys rock!!!!
