There is a terrible roach Infestation here that Ive mentioned to Management multiple times. They tell you they will send pest control. Pest control comes and tells you 1) they dont see any roaches and/or 2) that they will spray and to wait two weeks and the roaches will be gone. They constantly say there are no roaches but we have pictures for every roach encountered. The management refuses to look at them. We wait the allotted treatment time and still have roaches coming out of every crack and crevices. We go back to the office and they act as if it is a problem that we are complaining about the issue or that we are asking to see the treatment plans. We spend hard earned money to not be comfortable in our own apartment. Every time we come home, we have to do roach patrol and every time we find some. Every time we leave the house, we have to shake out our clothes and bags to make sure there arent any in there. Its really disgusting and uncomfortable to live like this. Its also discouraging to be treated as less of a person by your management staff because they simply do not care.

Maintenance fixes things fast, easy to pay rent online, they keep the pool open all summer, they keep the grounds neat and clean. The upgrades are really nice. The apartments are big. Very limited parking though.

To be totally honest these apartments do not even warent one star. The worst place I've ever lived in my life. So many altercation with management & staff on them doing there job. While living there my apartment & the entire building had become infested with rats, roaches, wasp nest & worst of all flees & bed bugs. Causing myself & household to throw away all our clothing, mattresses & some furniture I had to call the property owners to get them to act on fumigation after I fumigate the best I could. They will tell you they'll come spray every Wednesday but its more like every three months. In addition to that all the garbage dumpster located on site are constantly overflowing for days several times I had to call the city of Arlington. Another issue & concerning matter all living & future residents should have is parking & the lack of security. While living there i witness several cars being either broken into or defaced. There is never any parking & no towing enforcement. They will tell you "We tow after 6:00pm at management request but management is close & depending on where you stay you may have to park on the other side of the complex every night. I can also testify on a few events where police had to close & search entire property for suspects no way in or out. According to a few neighbours there homes were also being watched broken into while either away or some being overpowered during home invasion while the wives or teens are home. Im not being bitter and mean. I could have resigned my lease for another year but after all of that & raising 4 children myself & my wife said no more thinking of our children safety. Now for the same price they wanted in rent increase I found a 3bedroom 2bathroom 2car garage house to rent. Yes I'm glad to be away from there & just want to warn others from making the same mistake I made by renting here. P.S. if you do move in & or have just moved in please ask for a reseat & keep track of every water bill you get because if you decide to move out the will not give you any of your deposit back on count of the water bill. Charging you for the month before you moved in & the month after you moved out taking it out of your deposits... for some I understand needing the deposit after you moved out & for some its not important but its better to have the knowledge than not to.

I CANT EVEN HAVE A VISITOR COME OVER WITH A PUPPY CAUSE THEY WANT 500.00 DEPOSIT LOL ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! WANT TO CHARGE $25.00 PER SET OF BLINDS...I THINK NOT ILL GO PAY 12.00 AT WALMART!! YET THEY CONSTANTLY AT MY DOOR KNOCKING ABOUT MY BLINDS BUT YET TO FIX THEIR UNORGANIZED OFFICE STAFF AND PARKING ISSUES! THIS PROPERTY NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER I THINK AFTER 4 OFFICE MANAGERS WITHIN THE 2 YRS EVERYTHING WILL CHANGE NOPE! THEY WILL ONLY TOW IF THE MANAGER CALLS IT IN BUT YET THEY ARE NOT UP ALL NIGHT LOOKING AT VISITORS PARKING IN THE RESIDENTS PARKING AND I HAVE TO PARK IN VISITORS PARKING! MEN OUT IN THE PARKING LOT DRINKING AWAY WHEN OUR CONTRACT STATES NO DRINKING OUT IN THE PARKING LOT OR HOW ABOUT ME AND MY KIDS HAVING TO WALK BY PEOPLE OUT THERE SMOKING WEED AND YOU CAN SMELL THE STRONG ODOR. PEST CONTROL IS A JOKE, I HAVE TO TREAT MY OWN DAMN APARTMENT CAUSE THEY WANT TO WAIT 4-5 DAYS TO GET SOMEONE OUT THERE FOR BED BUGS LOL AM NOT THE ONE TO WAIT AROUND ESPECIALLY WITH THOSE NASTY ASS BUGS, YOU THINK I GOT REIMBURSED NOPE WHEN IT WAS OUR NEIGHBORS FAULT!! SICK AND TIRED OF THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!

Viv all por un ano y nos rompieron el vidrio de la troka, nos robaron todo lo que haba adentro y aparte habian unos vecinos que todos los fines de semana tenian fiesta, musica hasta altas horas de la noche, trago y hombres tomando, ninos altas horas de la noche ahi envueltos en esa vida, nos quejamos con los de la oficina y nunca hicieron nada....Necesitabamos algun arreglo en el apartamento y casi que no iban y cuando iban no lo arreglaban bien... Fue una experiencia horrible alli...Trecce meses se hicieron eternos.....

First time ever writing a review, and would have to admit- hated their customer service. Lady By the name of Estalla was not qualified enough. The apartment is cheap- will have to admit that - but customer service quality sucks.
